Yolo Brothers Charge: Cancel, Dispute, Refund, and FTC Lawsuit

A Yolo Brothers charge on your bank, credit card, or PayPal statement is almost certainly a subscription billing from Yolo Brothers Inc., a Delaware company that operates the Nebula astrology app, the CopyMind AI chatbot, and an app called “Your AI Twin.”1Better Business Bureau. The initial transaction is usually small, frequently $1.00.3Better Business Bureau. BBB Scam Tracker Report 1079685

Through Your Credit Card Issuer

If the charge ultimately hit a credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act applies. Send written notice to your card issuer’s billing inquiry address within 60 days of the statement showing the charge. The issuer must acknowledge the complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days or two billing cycles, whichever is shorter. You can withhold payment on the disputed amount while the investigation runs, and the issuer cannot report you as delinquent for that charge.
