Where to Find Your 1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C: Timing and Errors

Where to find your 1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C depends on who provided your health coverage last year. The 1095-A comes from the Health Insurance Marketplace and is available in your HealthCare.gov or state exchange account. The 1095-B comes from your insurance company or a government program like Medicaid. The 1095-C comes from your employer, usually through the same payroll system where you get your W-2. Of the three, only the 1095-A is still sent to you automatically; the other two you often have to request.
