A ToneBelleFit charge on your bank or credit card statement is a recurring subscription payment to ToneBelle Graceful Wellness, an online fitness and wellness service. It usually shows up as “ToneBelleFit” or “ToneBelleFitPremium” and renews automatically on a cycle as short as every five days, depending on the plan chosen at signup. You can cancel through your account on the company’s website, by emailing support@tonebellefit.com, or by calling +1 (888) 897-6785.1ToneBelleFit. Terms of Use
Why the Charge Keeps Recurring
The service is operated by Throne Promo Branding, registered at 21781 Ventura Blvd #342, Woodland Hills, California 91364.1ToneBelleFit. Terms of Use Every plan except the one-day pass auto-renews for up to 12 months unless you cancel:
- $49.95 every 30 days
- $39.95 every 20 days
- $29.95 every 15 days
- $24.95 every 12 days
- $19.95 every 10 days
- $9.95 every 5 days
- $1.95 for one-day access (non-recurring)
The short cycles are the usual source of surprise. A $9.95 charge every five days works out to roughly $60 a month, which is not obvious from the price tag alone.1ToneBelleFit. Terms of Use

How to Request a Refund
ToneBelleFit’s terms say refunds are available to dissatisfied customers and are granted “immediate upon request.” Send the request to support@tonebellefit.com; the company states it responds to complaints within two hours. You can also ask to extend your subscription term instead of taking the money back. One exclusion: accounts terminated for violating the terms of use are not eligible for a refund.1ToneBelleFit. Disputing the Charge With Your Bank
If the company won’t refund the charge, or if you don’t recognize it in the first place, you can dispute it with your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have the right to challenge billing errors and unauthorized charges on a credit card. Send a written dispute to the issuer’s billing-inquiry address within 60 days of the statement showing the charge. Include your name, account number, and a description of the error, and send it by certified mail so you have proof of delivery.3Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Your issuer must acknowledge the dispute in writing within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. While it’s under review, the issuer cannot report you as delinquent on the disputed amount or try to collect it. Federal law caps your liability for unauthorized charges at $50.3Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Many banks will also place a stop-payment on future recurring charges from a specific merchant. Request it at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. A stop-payment blocks the transaction at the bank but does not cancel your account with ToneBelleFit, so you still need to cancel through the company to end the agreement.4U.S. Bank. Filing a Complaint if Nothing Works
When direct contact and a bank dispute both fail, you can escalate. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau accepts complaints about credit card billing and forwards them to the company, generally expecting a response within 15 days. State attorneys general also take consumer protection complaints about deceptive billing. Most offices accept complaints through an online portal, and the National Association of Attorneys General maintains a directory to find the right one for your state.6National Association of Attorneys General. Because ToneBelleFit’s operator is registered in California, that state’s Automatic Renewal Law applies. Amendments effective July 2025 require subscription businesses to let customers cancel through the same method used to sign up, so an online enrollment must have an online cancellation option, and any “save offer” during the cancel flow must appear alongside a prominent click-to-cancel button. Roughly 30 states have their own automatic-renewal laws, so subscribers elsewhere may have similar protections.7Cooley LLP. California Automatic Renewal Law Amendments Take Effect
