Who Can File
You qualify if you are a person in the United States who logged into the Naviance platform at least once as a student between August 18, 2021 and January 23, 2026.2Colorado Springs Schools D11. Naviance Q.J. External Settlement FAQ A single login during that window is enough, and the school district doesn’t matter. Parents can file for a qualifying minor child.
The class is limited to Naviance users. Using other PowerSchool products without ever logging into Naviance doesn’t put you in the class. Employees of the defendants, their immediate families, and any judge presiding over the case are excluded.
What to Have Ready
Before you open the form, gather:
- Your Class Member ID or Claim ID, if you received a mailed or emailed notice. It speeds up verification, but it isn’t required — you can file without one.
- Your full legal name and current mailing address, matching what was on your Naviance account or school records.
- An email address for status updates from the administrator.
- The name of the school or district where you used Naviance and the approximate dates you were enrolled.
Parents filing for a child should have the student’s name and school information on hand as well.
