PBillSupport Charge: What It Is, How to Cancel, and Dispute

A “pbillsupport” line on your card statement is a billing descriptor from Probiller, the payment processor that handles subscriptions for Pornhub Premium, Brazzers, Playboy Plus, Nutaku, VPNHub, and a number of other adult sites owned by or affiliated with Aylo (formerly MindGeek). If you don’t recognize it, the usual causes are a free trial that converted to a paid membership, a sign-up by someone else who had access to the card, or an unauthorized charge. You can cancel by calling Probiller’s 24/7 support line at +1-855-232-9550, and if that doesn’t resolve it, federal law gives you the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer.

What the Charge Actually Is

Probiller is a billing and payment service, not a website you subscribed to directly. It processes payments for a long list of adult vendors, and instead of printing the vendor’s name on your statement, it posts the transaction under a generic descriptor such as “PROBILLER.COM,” “MBI-PROBILLER.COM,” or “pbillsupport.” The company says the practice is meant to give subscribers a measure of privacy.1BudgetSimple. The entities behind the descriptor are Aylo Billing Limited and Aylo Billing US Corp, which together operate probiller.com and the associated support channels. The same company has done business under earlier names, including MG Billing US Corp and MG Pro Billing US Corp, so older statements or dispute records may show those variations.1BudgetSimple. How to Cancel Through Probiller

If you want the charges to stop and don’t need a refund fight, the fastest route is Probiller’s customer support, which runs 24 hours a day. There are three ways to reach them:

  • Phone: +1-855-232-9550 (toll-free in the US and Canada; separate toll-free numbers exist for the UK, Australia, France, Japan, and other countries).
  • Email: support@probiller.com or billingsupportd@probiller.com.
  • Live chat through probiller.com.3Probiller. Contact Us

One thing worth checking before you hang up: Probiller’s own site warns that if charges keep coming after you cancel, it’s often because the original sign-up bundled more than one membership, and each one has to be canceled individually.4Probiller. If You Didn’t Authorize the Charge

If the charge looks genuinely unauthorized, or if Probiller won’t cancel or refund it, contact your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you can dispute a billing error on a credit card by sending written notice to the address your issuer lists for billing inquiries. The notice has to include your name, your account number, and a description of the error, and the issuer must receive it within 60 days of the statement date on which the charge appeared.5Federal Trade Commission. Once your issuer gets the dispute, it has 30 days to acknowledge it in writing and up to 90 days to resolve it. While the investigation is open, you don’t have to pay the disputed amount, and the issuer can’t report it as delinquent or send it to collections.5Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges For charges that were truly unauthorized, federal law caps your liability at $50, and most issuers waive even that under a zero-liability policy.6FDIC. Stopping Future Charges

Canceling a subscription doesn’t always stop a merchant from billing again. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau suggests revoking authorization with both the merchant and the bank, in writing where possible, and asking your bank to place a stop-payment order on charges from that specific merchant. Banks may charge a fee for the stop-payment. If a charge posts after you’ve revoked authorization, call the bank right away and request a refund; a charge made after revoked authorization counts as an error under federal rules.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Where to Complain if the Bank Won’t Help

If neither Probiller nor your bank resolves the problem, you can escalate. What Other Customers Have Run Into

Better Business Bureau records for MG Pro Billing US Corp, a prior name for the same entity, show 23 complaints over a three-year span, most of them billing or product-related. The recurring themes: trouble finding a cancel option on the vendor website, charges for additional subscriptions the customer says they never signed up for, and continued billing after the customer thought they had canceled. Company responses have generally defended the charges under the terms and conditions or pointed to an uncanceled trial, though refunds described as a “courtesy” were sometimes issued once the complaint reached the BBB. The company is not BBB accredited.9Better Business Bureau. MG Pro Billing US Corp Complaints

The practical takeaway: keep your cancellation confirmation, check your next two statements closely, and don’t assume one cancellation closes every membership on the account.
