Nexora LLC Charge: ArakStudy, Refunds, and Disputes

A charge from Nexora LLC on your credit card or bank statement almost always traces back to Nexora AI LLC, the company behind ArakStudy, an AI document-processing service that bills on a recurring basis. If you or someone on your account signed up for ArakStudy Pro, the charge is legitimate and refundable within 30 days. If nothing about the descriptor rings a bell, you can dispute it through your card issuer under federal law.

Why ArakStudy Shows Up as Nexora AI LLC

ArakStudy is operated by Nexora AI LLC, and the billing descriptor uses the corporate name rather than the product name. That mismatch is the single most common reason the charge looks unfamiliar. People sign up on arakstudy.com, then see “Nexora” on their statement weeks later and don’t connect the two.

ArakStudy sells a Pro subscription at $15 per month or $100 per year, and one-time Priority Processing packs at $2 for a single document, $5 for three, and $10 for ten. Pro subscriptions renew automatically, so a charge can land long after you’ve stopped using the service.1ArakStudy. Refund Policy

Before doing anything else, check your email for a signup or renewal receipt from ArakStudy or Nexora AI, and ask anyone else with access to the card whether they subscribed.

Getting a Refund From Nexora AI

Nexora AI accepts refund requests within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. A Pro subscription qualifies for a full refund within that window, but there are no partial refunds for unused time on an annual plan. Priority Processing packs are refundable only if they are completely unused. Approved refunds post back to the original payment method in five to ten business days, and once the refund issues, Pro access ends immediately.1ArakStudy. Refund Policy

To stop future charges, cancel the Pro subscription through your account settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current period on its own; you still need to request the refund separately. The company asks that you email support@nexoraai.llc before filing a chargeback with your bank, and it reserves the right to suspend accounts that go straight to a chargeback.1ArakStudy. Disputing a Charge You Don’t Recognize

If no one on your account signed up for ArakStudy and the merchant won’t resolve it, use your card issuer. The Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute a billing error by sending written notice to the address your issuer designates for billing inquiries. The notice must arrive within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The issuer then has 30 days to acknowledge the dispute and up to 90 days to resolve it, and you are not required to pay the disputed amount while the investigation is open.2Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Document What You Send

Keep a copy of your written dispute, the date you sent it, and any response. If the charge turns out to be fraudulent rather than a forgotten subscription, report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. The FTC does not pursue individual refunds, but reports go into a database shared with more than 2,000 law enforcement agencies.4Federal Trade Commission. Report Fraud

When “Nexora” Points to Something Else

Two other possibilities are worth ruling out before you assume ArakStudy.

Nexora Studios LLC is an unrelated computer-programming company registered in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and incorporated on December 10, 2025. It carries a Better Business Bureau rating of A- without accreditation.5Better Business Bureau. Nexora Studios LLC If your statement reads “Nexora Studios” rather than “Nexora AI,” contact that company directly before escalating.

A separate concern is a cross-border fraud scheme using the Nexora name. In November 2025, Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier warned that unknown operators were impersonating a legitimate IT firm, Nexora SARL-S, through a fraudulent website at nexora.finance.6CSSF. Warning Concerning Fraudulent Activities by Persons Misusing the Name of Nexora SARL-S Norway’s Finanstilsynet issued a parallel alert in January 2026.7Finanstilsynet. Misuse of the Name Nexora SARL-S The operation has been identified as a recovery scam that targets people who already lost money to investment or crypto fraud, soliciting payments disguised as legal costs, tax clearance, or release fees.8JustAnswer UK. Contacted Firm Called Nexora Finance

If your charge is tied to an investment platform, a crypto wallet, or a fund-recovery service rather than a document or subscription product, treat it as fraud and move straight to disputing it with your bank and reporting it to the FTC.
