Free Replacement Through the E-Request Tool

You Never Received the Notice
If USCIS issued a notice and it doesn’t appear in your online account and never arrived in the mail, submit an e-Request for non-delivery. For employment verification, an I-797C receipt notice can serve as a receipt showing you’ve applied for a replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged employment authorization or immigration document.
