How to Fill Out and Submit the OGIO Warranty Claim Form

You file an OGIO warranty claim by filling out the online form at ogio.com/warranty, uploading your original receipt and clear photos of the defect, and waiting for the warranty department to respond within three business days.1OGIO. FAQs – Customer Service OGIO Powersports gear uses a separate email-based process covered further down.

What to Gather Before You Open the Form

Have everything ready in one place before you start. Going back to hunt for a receipt or retake a photo mid-submission is the most common reason claims stall.

  • Your original sales receipt or online order confirmation showing the purchase date, price, and retailer. A screenshot of the confirmation email works for online orders.
  • At least one close-up photo of the specific defect (torn stitching, a broken zipper, a cracked frame) and one wider shot of the whole product.
  • The model name or style number, usually on a small tag inside the main compartment.
  • A short, specific description of the problem. “Left shoulder strap detached at the seam after six months of normal use” gives the team more to work with than “strap broke.”

Submitting the Form

Go to ogio.com/warranty and complete the fields for your contact information, product details, and defect description. Upload the receipt and photos when prompted. Check your shipping address carefully before you submit, because that’s where any replacement will go, and fixing it later adds time.

Someone from the warranty department will contact you within three business days.1OGIO. FAQs – Customer Service That first message may approve the claim, ask for more photos, or ask how the damage happened. Specific, prompt replies cut down on the back-and-forth. All communication runs through the email you entered on the form, so watch your inbox and spam folder.

OGIO Powersports Is a Separate Process

If your product is from the OGIO Powersports line (motorcycle bags, helmet carriers, and similar gear), don’t use the main form. Email warranty@ogiopowersports.com with your name, address, and contact details; images of the defective area; your purchase receipt, date of purchase, and where you bought it; and a brief description of the defect. Powersports products bought outside the USA have to be returned through the distributor in the country of purchase rather than shipped to OGIO directly.2OGIO POWERSPORTS. Warranty

Whether Your Product Is Eligible

OGIO’s limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from regular use, accidents, or airline mishandling. Coverage length depends on the product and where it was bought:3OGIO. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Customer Service

  • Non-golf products bought in the USA or Canada: the lifetime of the product, which OGIO defines based on customer usage rather than a fixed number of years.
  • Non-golf products bought outside North America: three years from the purchase date.
  • Golf products, all regions: two years from the purchase date.
  • OGIO Powersports products bought in the USA: lifetime. Outside the USA: three years.2OGIO POWERSPORTS. Warranty

Three limits catch people off guard. The warranty applies only to the original owner, so a bag bought secondhand isn’t covered no matter how new it looks.2OGIO POWERSPORTS. Warranty You need the original sales receipt; without it, OGIO can’t verify when or where you bought the product. And apparel like t-shirts and hats isn’t covered at all.3OGIO. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Customer Service Damage to or loss of the bag’s contents, loss of use, and the natural fading of colors and materials over time are also outside coverage.

After OGIO Approves the Claim

If the defect is covered, OGIO will replace the product with the same or a comparable model at its discretion.3OGIO. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Customer Service Replacement is the standard remedy for golf products. For non-golf products bought outside North America, OGIO may choose to repair rather than replace. The choice is theirs, not yours.

OGIO may ask you to ship the defective product back before sending the replacement. Hold on to the tracking number and don’t throw the original away until the warranty team tells you to.

Why Claims Get Denied

Most denials come down to a short list of issues. The failure turns out to be wear and tear rather than a factory defect: a fraying strap on a five-year-old daily commuter bag is expected degradation. The claimant can’t produce a receipt, so OGIO has no way to confirm the purchase date or the retailer. The damage came from an accident, overstuffing, or improper use, all of which fall outside coverage.3OGIO. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Customer Service Airline damage is a claim against the airline, not OGIO. And if you bought the product secondhand, the original-owner rule means the warranty doesn’t transfer with it.
