How to Fill Out and Submit the Mobil 1 Rebate Form

The Mobil 1 rebate form for the Summer 2026 Fast & Furious promotion is submitted online at mobil.com/offers/fastfurious or by mail to a P.O. Box in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and it pays out a $10 virtual prepaid Mastercard plus a collector cup when you buy at least five quarts of qualifying Mobil 1 motor oil between May 1 and August 31, 2026.¹ Online submission takes about ten minutes if you have your receipt and mailing address ready. Everything below walks through what qualifies, what to fill in, and how to avoid the mistakes that get claims denied.

What Qualifies for the Rebate

You need at least five quarts of any Mobil 1 motor oil, purchased during the promotion window from a participating retailer. Individual quart bottles and multi-quart jugs both count toward the five. The one exception is Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck oil, which requires a minimum of two gallons.¹

Eligible products include Mobil 1 Synthetic, High Mileage, Advanced Fuel Economy, Extended Performance, Extended Performance High Mileage, ESP Formula, European Car Formula, Truck & SUV, Advanced Clean, Turbo Diesel Truck, V-Twin motorcycle oil, and Racing 4T motorcycle oil.¹

Three retailers are excluded outright: Amazon, AutoZone, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Purchases from any of them do not qualify no matter what you bought or how much you spent.¹ Most other national auto parts chains and big-box stores carrying Mobil 1 are participating; if you are buying from a smaller shop, confirm before you pay.

What to Have Ready Before You Start

Gather everything first. A missing detail means starting over, and a bad receipt image means a denial.

Your original purchase receipt, showing the retailer name, purchase date, the Mobil 1 product, and the amount paid. An order confirmation from an online participating retailer works too.¹
The eligible Mobil 1 items circled on the receipt with a pen before you photograph or scan it. Uncircled or illegible images get rejected.¹
A clear photo or scan for online submission. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF, and you can upload up to four files per claim.²
Your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP, email, and phone number. P.O. Boxes are not accepted except in North Dakota and Alaska.¹

Check the address twice. The collector cup ships to your street address and the virtual Mastercard goes to your email, so a typo in either field costs you a reward.

Submitting Online

Online submission is faster and gives you a confirmation reference on screen.

Fill in your name, street address, city, state, ZIP, email, and phone.
Select how many cups you are claiming. You get one cup per five qualifying quarts, so ten quarts on the same receipt lets you request two.²
Upload the receipt image with the eligible items circled. Confirm the product names, date, and total are readable before uploading.
Review every field against the receipt, then submit. Save the tracking reference on the confirmation screen.

The online cutoff is 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on August 31, 2026. Anything submitted after that will not be processed, even if the oil was bought inside the promotion window.¹

Submitting by Mail

If you prefer paper, print the official offer form and fill in your name, street address (same P.O. Box rule), city, state, ZIP, daytime phone with area code, and email. Include your original receipt with the Mobil 1 products circled. Mail everything to:¹

The envelope must be postmarked by August 31, 2026, and received by September 8, 2026. Photocopy the receipt for your records before you mail the original, since you have no backup if the envelope goes missing.¹

How Many Claims Per Household

The Summer 2026 promotion caps out at four gifts per household. Each gift corresponds to a separate five-quart qualifying purchase, so twenty quarts across four trips lets you file four claims and receive four Mastercards and four cups.¹

What You Receive and When

The reward is a $10 virtual prepaid Mastercard delivered to your email plus a Fast & Furious collector cup shipped to your street address. The Mastercard is electronic, not a paper check, and works anywhere Mastercard is accepted online.¹

Allow eight to twelve weeks from the date your documentation is received and verified.¹

A status of “under review” usually means the receipt image was hard to read or the product could not be matched to the eligible list. There is no separate appeal portal, but calling the number above connects you to a representative who can explain the issue and, in some cases, let you resubmit corrected documentation. Have your tracking reference and a copy of the receipt ready before you call.

Why Claims Get Denied

Most rejections trace back to a small set of preventable mistakes:

Blurry, dim, or faded receipt images. Shoot on a flat, well-lit surface right after purchase.
Eligible products not circled on the receipt. The terms require it.¹
Purchase from Amazon, AutoZone, or O’Reilly. These retailers are excluded no matter what.¹
A purchase date outside the May 1 to August 31, 2026 window.
Photocopied, altered, damaged, or incomplete receipts. Only the original is accepted.¹
A P.O. Box mailing address, unless you live in North Dakota or Alaska.
Late submission. Online after 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 31 will not process, and mail postmarked September 1 or later is out.
