To end a Melaleuca membership, you complete the Melaleuca cancellation form, sign it, and send it to the company by fax, email, or mail. Getting the Form
There are two ways to obtain the form. The faster route is Melaleuca’s online cancellation page: you enter the email address on your account, and the company emails you the form along with instructions in what it describes as a four-step process.2Melaleuca: The Wellness Company. Filling It Out
The form is short. You need your name exactly as it appears on the account and your Melaleuca customer number, the unique ID assigned when you enrolled. Pull up a recent order confirmation or your online profile and copy both exactly. A mistake on either can delay processing past the monthly cutoff.
Melaleuca’s FAQ says the form must be “signed” but does not spell out whether a digital signature is acceptable or whether a handwritten signature is required.1Melaleuca. A form with no signature at all will almost certainly come back.

Fax and email are the practical choices near month-end because postal mail can take several days. Whichever channel you use, hang on to the proof of delivery until the account is confirmed closed.
The Monthly Deadline
The form must reach Melaleuca by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the last day of the current month for the cancellation to take effect that month.1Melaleuca. General Membership Questions Arrive after that cutoff and your Backup Order can still ship, and your account gets charged one more time.
This deadline is where cancellations most often go wrong. Don’t wait until the 30th or 31st. Submitting a week or more before month-end leaves room to fix a fax that didn’t go through or an email that bounced.
Before You Send the Form
Any Loyalty Shopping Dollars on your account are forfeited the moment the membership ends, so place a final order to use the balance before you submit the form.5Melaleuca. If your issue is the monthly ordering commitment rather than the products themselves, switching to non-member status is an alternative. Non-members can still buy at regular, non-discounted prices with no monthly obligation.1Melaleuca. General Membership Questions
Confirming the Cancellation
After Melaleuca receives the form, staff verify the information and update the account. Log in periodically to check whether your status has changed from active to cancelled. When it does, take a screenshot. That screenshot is your proof that the membership is terminated and no further charges should occur.
If the status hasn’t updated within about a week, call customer service. Reference the date you sent the form and the delivery confirmation you kept. An unprocessed form that sits past the monthly cutoff results in another charge, so follow up rather than assume it went through.
If a Backup Order Ships Anyway
When timing slips and a Backup Order arrives, you can return it under Melaleuca’s satisfaction guarantee. The company accepts returns within 90 days of purchase for exchange, refund, or account credit, minus shipping and handling. You cover return shipping unless the order was sent due to a company error, in which case Melaleuca provides a prepaid label and refunds the original shipping as well.6Melaleuca: The Wellness Company. Leave the products unopened if you want a full refund. Include a note with your customer number requesting a refund rather than account credit, since the account is closing.
If You’re Charged After Cancelling
Contact Melaleuca customer service first, with your proof of cancellation: the delivery confirmation for the form and the screenshot showing the account as cancelled. Most post-cancellation charges are administrative and clear up on the call.
If the company doesn’t reverse the charge, contact your bank and open a dispute or chargeback. Give the bank the cancellation confirmation, the submission date, and the delivery proof. Small claims court is available for amounts that are too small for a lawyer but too large to write off.
