To complete the ICICI Bank Re-KYC form, download the Customer Information Updation Form from the bank’s Form Center, fill in your current identity and address details, attach self-attested copies of one Officially Valid Document, your PAN, and a recent photograph, then submit it through the iMobile Pay app, Net Banking, Video KYC, or a branch visit. Digital submissions are usually processed within four working days, and you receive an SMS and email confirmation once the update is complete.
Where to Download the Right Version
The form lives on the ICICI Bank website in the Form Center, under the “Others” section. Three versions exist: one for individual account holders, one for joint account holders, and one for non-individual customers such as businesses or trusts.1ICICI Bank. Documents to Keep Ready
Gather everything before you start. A missing item means a rejected submission or a second trip to the branch.
- One Officially Valid Document: Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, valid Passport, MNREGA Job Card, or National Population Register Smart Card. Carry the original and submit a photocopy.3ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank Re-KYC Online

Filling In the Form
The form asks for your account number, full legal name as it appears on your identification, date of birth, and current communication address. Fill every field. The bank cross-checks this information against government databases. If any personal detail has changed since you opened the account or last updated your KYC, such as a new address, a name change after marriage, or a different phone number, enter the updated value and attach the supporting document that proves the change.
Joint Accounts
Every account holder must sign. Use the Joint Application Form rather than the individual version, and provide a photograph and OVD copy for each holder. On Net Banking, the portal gives separate upload slots for the primary holder, joint holder 1, and joint holder 2.2ICICI Bank. Update Your KYC Details Documents are required for every holder on the account, not only the primary.3ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank Re-KYC Online
Businesses, trusts, and other non-individual entities use a separate version of the form and provide entity-level documents alongside signatory identification. If you are handling a Re-KYC for one of these, download the non-individual form from the Form Center rather than the individual version.
When You Can Skip the Documents
If none of your personal details have changed since your last KYC update, you don’t need to resubmit a full document set.
