Check Your Receipt Before You Fill Anything Out

  • Your name as the customer on the transaction.
  • The specific tire product name, not a generic “Cooper tires” or “4 tires” line.
  • Purchase date within the current promotional window.
  • Store name and address confirming an authorized retailer.
  • The last four digits of your Goodyear Credit Card, if you’re claiming the bonus tier.

Submitting Online

Go to coopertirespromos.com and start a new claim. The site walks you through each field and lets you upload a photo or scan of your receipt. Online submission is faster than mail and gives you an immediate confirmation number you’ll use later to check status. After You Submit

Approved claims pay out as a Cooper Tires Prepaid Mastercard, physical or virtual. It works anywhere Mastercard is accepted, but you can’t withdraw cash from it and you can’t set it up for recurring payments.1Cooper Tire. Cooper Tires Rebate Form

The card expires six months after issue, and any leftover balance is forfeited on the expiration date. This is where people lose money. The card gets set aside, and by the time it’s remembered the funds are gone. Use it soon. If Your Claim Is Incomplete or Denied
