The Almarai employment application form is a single-page online form on the company’s careers portal at almarai.com. It asks for basic personal details, a preferred position, and contact information. There is no resume upload, no certification section, and no long questionnaire. You fill it in, submit it, and Almarai’s HR team contacts you by phone or email if your profile matches an opening.1Almarai. Employment Application Form
Where to Find the Form
Go to almarai.com, open the Careers section, and select “Employment Application Form.” The careers page groups openings into four tracks: Experienced Professionals, Fresh Graduates, Non-degree Holders, and Cooperative Training. Browse the open roles before you start the form. You will need to pick a job title from the Preferred Position dropdown, and knowing which track and which role fits your background makes that choice quicker.2Almarai. Almarai Careers
Almarai operates in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Egypt, with roughly 47,000 employees across its dairy, bakery, poultry, and logistics divisions. Positions open regularly, so it’s worth checking the listings before applying rather than submitting blind.
What the Form Asks For
Every field fits on one page. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. You will be asked for:
- Preferred Position, chosen from a dropdown that includes Delivery Driver, General Farm Worker, Labourer, Long Haul Driver, Maintenance Technician, Salesman, Salesman Assistant, Technical Helper, and Other
- Full legal name
- Nationality, from a country dropdown
- Gender (Male or Female)
- Driving License Type: Heavy, Light, Private, or None
- Mobile Number (required)
- Email Address (required)
- IQAMA Number, if you already hold a Saudi residency permit
- IQAMA Profession, meaning the job title registered on your current Iqama
- Current Employer, from a dropdown of Company, Employee, Individual Sponsor, or Not Applicable
- Date of Birth, in dd/mm/yyyy format
- City of residence
- Qualification (required): Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
There is no field to upload a CV, attach transcripts, or list certifications. If you are applying from outside Saudi Arabia and don’t yet have an Iqama, leave the IQAMA Number and IQAMA Profession fields blank. Those apply only to people already residing and working in the Kingdom.
Filling It In Well
Only three fields are strictly required to submit: Mobile Number, Email Address, and Qualification. The system will accept your form if the rest are blank. That is not the goal. Recruiters filter candidates by Preferred Position, Driving License Type, City, and Nationality, and blank entries drop you out of those searches. Fill in every field you reasonably can.
The Preferred Position dropdown deserves a careful pick. Choose the title that most closely matches the role you found in the careers listings. Selecting “Other” is a last resort; it makes your profile harder to route.
Driving License Type matters more than it looks. Delivery drivers, long haul drivers, and salesmen usually need a valid license, and Heavy versus Light versus Private are meaningful distinctions for those roles. If you hold a foreign license and plan to convert it after arrival, pick the type that corresponds and be ready to explain the conversion at interview.
Check your mobile number and email address twice before submitting. Those are the only channels Almarai’s recruitment team uses to reach candidates, and a single typo means your application effectively disappears. The form does not generate a tracking number and there is no applicant portal to check status later, so the contact details you enter are the entire link between you and the recruiter.
What Happens After You Submit
Once you click submit, the form goes to Almarai’s recruitment system. Almarai does not publish a review timeline. According to the company’s FAQ, if your application meets the selection criteria, the HR department will contact you.3Almarai. FAQ’s
If you don’t hear back within a few weeks, your profile likely didn’t match an immediate opening. Almarai does not confirm whether applications are held in a database for future roles, so reapplying when new positions are posted is a reasonable approach.
Candidates who move forward usually go through a phone screening followed by an in-person or video interview. Operational roles like delivery driver or farm worker tend to have a shorter process than corporate or technical positions. Have a CV ready to email if asked. The form doesn’t request one, but the hiring team may want it before scheduling an interview.
If You’re Applying From Outside Saudi Arabia
The online form is only the first step. It does not handle visa sponsorship or collect the documents a Saudi work visa requires. If Almarai hires you from abroad, the company sponsors the visa: it files with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, which forwards approved applications to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once approved, Almarai receives a Visa Authorization Number, and you apply for the actual work visa at a Saudi embassy or consulate in your home country.
At that stage, you will need documents that the application form never asks about, including:
- A passport valid for at least nine months beyond your planned entry date, with at least two blank adjacent pages
- The signed employment contract, approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
- A medical exam from an authorized health center, typically including chest X-ray, HIV, Hepatitis B and C, blood workup, and urinalysis, signed and stamped by a licensed physician and valid for three months from issuance
- An original, recently issued police clearance from your home country
- University transcripts and a verification letter, which may need validation by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in your country
- Four passport-size photos (2″x2″) with a white background
All documents must be translated into Arabic by a certified translator and attested by the relevant government authorities and the Saudi consulate. After arriving in Saudi Arabia, you must apply for your Iqama within 90 days. The Iqama is your primary identification and work authorization, and you are required to carry it at all times.
As of 2026, the physical Iqama card is issued with a five-year validity, though the underlying residency status still requires annual or biennial renewal through the Absher or Muqeem platforms. Almarai handles much of this process, but monitor your own status through Absher to avoid a lapse.4Absher. Renewal of Residence Permit
One detail catches people out: the profession listed on your Iqama must match the job you actually perform. If Almarai registers you as a Maintenance Technician but you are working as a supervisor, that mismatch is an enforcement risk under current regulations. Confirm the registered profession aligns with your actual role and raise any discrepancy with HR early.
None of this affects how you fill out the application form itself. It’s what comes after an offer, not before. Submit the form, wait for HR, and gather the visa paperwork once a role is on the table.
