Every guest at Urban Air, adult or child, must have a signed liability waiver before getting on any attraction. You can complete the Urban Air waiver online at urbanair.com/sign-park-waiver, which lets you handle it from home and skip the paperwork line at the front desk. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18, and one adult can list every child in the group on a single form.1Urban Air Adventure Park. Sign Trampoline Park Waiver
How to Sign Online
Go to urbanair.com/sign-park-waiver and click “Select Your Park.” Waivers are location-specific, so choose the exact park you plan to visit before the form loads.1Urban Air Adventure Park. List each child individually with their date of birth. Certain attractions have height and age restrictions the park enforces at entry, and the roster you sign for is what the front desk pulls up when you arrive.
If you are under 18, you cannot use the Urban Air website to buy tickets or sign the waiver yourself.2Urban Air Adventure Park. Your digital signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten one. Federal law prohibits contracts from being denied enforceability solely because they were signed electronically.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 U.S.C. Chapter 96 – Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce If you arrive without a waiver, most locations have tablets or kiosks at the front desk where you can sign on site.
What You’re Agreeing To
The waiver has three main legal pieces: assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnification. Read the form before you sign; the few minutes are worth it.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that trampoline parks and adventure activities carry inherent dangers. The form lists possible injuries ranging from cuts and bruises to broken bones, concussions, paralysis, and death.4Valle Verde Children’s Center. Urban Air Waiver PDF It also treats collisions with other guests, equipment failures, erratic behavior by other participants, and mistakes by park employees as foreseeable risks. Signing affirms that participation is voluntary and that you understand these dangers relative to each participant’s physical condition and skill level.
Release and Indemnification
The release is the core of the agreement. You agree not to sue Urban Air, its parent companies, franchisees, landlords, employees, contractors, or equipment suppliers for injuries or property damage at the park, even when the injury is caused partly by the negligence of those parties.5UltraCamp. Urban Air Waiver PDF The indemnification clause goes further: you agree to cover Urban Air’s legal costs if someone brings a claim related to your visit or your child’s participation.
The waiver title also references arbitration, meaning disputes may need to be resolved through a private arbitrator rather than in court.6Mount Pleasant, NY. Urban Air South Hackensack Paper Waiver The full arbitration terms appear later in the document.
Waivers Signed for Minors
Whether a parent can permanently waive a child’s right to sue depends on where you live. Some states enforce parental waivers for recreational activities; others treat them as void on public policy grounds. The form is written as broadly as possible (“to the fullest extent permitted by law”), but what that means in practice is set by your state, not by the waiver itself.
Checking In at the Park
Bring a valid photo ID to the front desk. Staff will pull up your waiver record and confirm every participant is covered. The name on your ID needs to match the name you used when signing; a mismatch can slow check-in or require you to re-sign.
After verification, you get wristbands. All jumpers must wear an Urban Air wristband of the appropriate color while on the attractions.7Urban Air Adventure Park. Urban Air Rules and Safety The color corresponds to the ticket or package you bought, and attraction monitors check wristbands before letting anyone on equipment.
Height Limits That Apply Regardless of Waiver
A signed waiver doesn’t override height rules. Urban Air enforces the following minimums and maximums by attraction:8Urban Air Adventure Park. Urban Air Adventure Park FAQs
- Warrior attractions and climbing walls: 41 inches minimum
- Ropes course and Sky Rider: 48 inches minimum
- Tubes: 52 inches maximum
Attractions vary by location, and specific parks may add restrictions or offer different equipment. Check your local park’s page before buying tickets if height limits matter for younger children in your group.
How Long Your Waiver Stays Valid
Urban Air waivers don’t last forever. Most locations treat a signed waiver as valid for a set period, after which you sign a fresh one. Duration can vary by franchise because each park manages its own waiver system, so check with your local park or log into your account before a return visit to confirm yours is still active.
Returning guests who need to add new children can usually update their account online instead of starting over. New participants still need parent or guardian signature coverage, so plan on running through the e-sign process for any additions. Keep your contact information current in the system to speed up future check-ins.
One more thing worth knowing about the online waiver: Urban Air’s corporate privacy policy applies to urbanair.com but does not cover websites or apps run by individual franchisees.9Urban Air Adventure Park. Privacy Policy Because each franchise runs its own waiver system, the personal information you submit may be governed by that franchisee’s practices rather than the corporate policy. If that matters to you, ask the specific park how it handles waiver data before you sign.
