To cancel a ZEE5 subscription, you have to cancel it in the same place you signed up. If you subscribed on zee5.com or the ZEE5 app directly, cancel through your ZEE5 account. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku, those companies handle your billing and ZEE5 cannot stop the charges for you. Canceling in the wrong place leaves the renewal running.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

Timing is tight. Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends or a renewal posts. Canceling the morning of the renewal is often already too late.
Cancel Through Google Play

Cancel Through Amazon

Cancel Through Roku

What Happens After You Cancel
Access does not stop the day you cancel. You keep watching through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops to free-tier access with no further charges unless you resubscribe.
Downloads are stricter. Offline content is tied to an active subscription and expires either at the subscription end date or after 48 hours, whichever comes first. Stockpiling downloads to watch after cancellation does not work.7ZEE5. Accessing Your Downloaded Videos – Android App
Refunds Are Not Available
ZEE5’s terms of use state that payments by credit card, debit card, net banking, or any other method are non-refundable under any circumstances.8ZEE5. Terms and Conditions
Deleting your account does not trigger a refund either. You lose access immediately but get no money back for the unused portion. And if you delete the account without first turning off auto-renewal, ZEE5’s terms say charges may keep hitting your payment method even though the account is gone, and those charges are also non-refundable.8ZEE5. Turn off auto-renewal first. Let the paid period expire on its own. Only then consider deleting the account.
Free Trials

On Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. On Google Play and other platforms, cancel before the end date shown in your subscription settings. Given the no-refund policy, missing that window means paying for the first full cycle whether you use the service or not.
If Cancellation Will Not Go Through
