Cancel Through Your Winible Account
Go to winible.com/login and sign in with the email you used when you subscribed. If you’re not sure which email that was, check your inbox for the original Winible welcome message, or look up the merchant name on your card statement and match it to an account.
Once you’re in, click Purchases. You’ll see a card for each active subscription. On the one you want to end, click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner and select Unsubscribe.1Winible Help Center. Manage Your Subscription – For Subscribers Confirm when prompted. Refunds Are Not Available
Winible’s refund policy is stricter than most. It states that all sales are final and non-refundable, and that subscribers are not entitled to a refund or credit “under any circumstances.” That language explicitly covers incorrect purchases, failure to use the content, and dissatisfaction with what you received.5Winible. Winible Refund Policy
The policy leaves one narrow opening: Winible says it may offer refunds, credits, or discounts under “special circumstances” at its sole discretion.5Winible. If You’re Charged After Canceling
If a charge appears after you’ve canceled, email support@winible.com with your cancellation confirmation attached and ask them to reverse it. Give them a reasonable window to respond.
If that doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank. Explain that you canceled before the billing date and can document it. Card issuers generally allow disputes on unauthorized recurring charges, and the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you the right to contest billing errors on credit cards. File within 60 days of the statement date that shows the charge to keep the strongest protection.
