How to Cancel Your TBN+ Subscription on Any Device

To cancel your TBN+ subscription, you have to cancel it on whichever platform you originally signed up through. If you subscribed on the TBN+ website, cancel there. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon, the billing lives on that platform and only that platform can stop the charges.

Check Where You’re Billed First

Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the charge description. A line reading “Apple.com/bill” or “Google Play” means you subscribed through that platform. A charge showing “TBN” directly means you subscribed on the TBN+ website.

This step matters. Canceling on the TBN+ website will not stop charges that run through Apple or Google, because the billing relationship lives with whoever processed your original signup.

Cancel on the TBN+ Website

Log in at tbn.org or the TBN+ site and click your profile icon. Open your account settings and find the subscription management area. Select your active plan and choose the option to cancel the recurring charge, then confirm when prompted.

Your dashboard should update to show the subscription is set to expire. Save or screenshot that confirmation. Premium access stays active through the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon

TBN+ cannot cancel these subscriptions for you. The billing relationship is between you and the platform, so you have to cancel on the platform itself.

Apple

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find TBN+ in the list, tap it, and select Cancel Subscription.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Roku

Press the Home button on your Roku remote. Highlight the TBN+ channel in your channel grid, press the Star (*) button, select Manage subscription, and choose Turn off auto-renew. Amazon

What Happens After You Cancel

Cancellation stops future charges but preserves the access you already paid for through the end of the current billing period.5TBN+. TBN+ Frequently Asked Questions Cancel three months into a yearly plan and you still get the remaining nine months of premium content.

Once that paid period ends, your account reverts to the free ad-supported version of TBN+, which keeps access to live channels and on-demand content but drops ad-free viewing and any premium-exclusive programming.6TBN+ Customer Support. Is TBN+ Free?

Check your account status a day or two after canceling, and watch your next statement. If a charge appears after cancellation, dispute it through the platform that processed the payment.

Refunds for Charges You Want Back

TBN+ does not publish a specific refund policy on its website, so the path depends on how you were billed.

Apple subscribers can go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, select Request a refund, choose a reason, and pick the TBN+ charge. Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours, and eligibility varies. If the charge is still pending, wait until the email receipt arrives before submitting the request.7Apple Support.
