How to Cancel Your Sellvia Subscription: PayPal, Refunds, and Store

To cancel your Sellvia subscription, log in at account.sellvia.com, open the store you want to close, go to My Account then Plans, scroll to the bottom of the page, click “Shut down my business,” and confirm with “Continue to cancel.” The whole thing takes a few minutes. Time it before your next billing date so you aren’t charged another month, and if you pay through PayPal, revoke the billing authorization there as well so no further charges slip through.

Cancel From the Sellvia Dashboard

  • Go to account.sellvia.com/login and sign in.
  • If you run more than one store, use the store selector in the top-left corner to pick the right one.
  • Click “My Stores” in the top menu and select the store you want to cancel.
  • Open “My Account,” then “Plans.”
  • Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click “Shut down my business.”
  • Follow the prompts and choose “Continue to cancel” to finalize.

The “Shut down my business” link is easy to miss. It sits at the very bottom of the Plans page, not near the top, so if you don’t scroll far enough you won’t see it.

Stop the Charge in PayPal Too

If your subscription bills through PayPal, canceling inside Sellvia may not be enough on its own. PayPal keeps its own record of merchants authorized to charge your account, and that authorization can survive after you cancel on Sellvia’s side. Revoke it directly to be safe.

On the PayPal website, open Settings, click Payments, then select “Subscriptions and saved businesses” or “Automatic Payments.” Find the Sellvia entry (it may appear under AliDropship, its parent company), select it, and cancel the automatic payment. PayPal shows a confirmation immediately.

In the PayPal mobile app, tap the menu icon, then “Subscriptions, Linked Businesses or Pay Bills.” Tap the merchant, then “Account or Manage,” then “Stop Paying with PayPal,” and tap “Unlink” to confirm.

If You’re Still in the Free Trial

Sellvia’s free trial runs 14 days. Cancel through the same dashboard steps before day 15 and no charge hits your card. Once the trial expires, your payment method is billed for the first monthly cycle with no grace period, so set a reminder a day or two before it ends if you’re undecided.

What You Can Get Refunded

Canceling and getting money back are two different things. What’s refundable depends on the plan.

Monthly subscriptions: only the current billing period is refundable. Payments from earlier months are not. If you cancel three days into a new cycle, you can request a refund for that cycle only.

Sellvia Pro: a full refund is available within 30 days of your payment date. After 30 days the subscription fee is no longer refundable. The turnkey store and services bundled with Pro, including the free store setup, are non-refundable regardless of timing.

Add-ons like SEO, social media, and email marketing packages are refundable only if the team hasn’t started work. Once work begins or the service is delivered, that money is gone. To stop an add-on, email support@sellvia.com before work starts and wait for a cancellation confirmation.

What Happens to Your Store

Canceling deactivates your free turnkey store. You lose access to the Sellvia product catalog, the order management plugin that connects to the fulfillment center, and the hosting that keeps the store online. Premium features usually stay active through the end of your current paid period, then everything shuts off.

Before you cancel, handle a few things:

  • Export your order history and any financial records you need for taxes or bookkeeping.
  • Back up customized product descriptions, images, and pricing manually. Once the store is deactivated, that content becomes inaccessible.
  • Check your domain. A free domain provided with the subscription may be lost. If you bought a custom domain separately, confirm you control it through your registrar so you can point it elsewhere.

Wait Out Pending Orders First

Unfulfilled orders should still be processed under Sellvia’s terms after you cancel, but counting on a company to ship for you after you’ve ended the relationship is risky. The safer path is to wait until every outstanding order has shipped and tracking numbers are issued before canceling. Chargebacks and refund requests from undelivered products cost more than one more month of subscription fees.

When the Dashboard Won’t Cooperate

If the cancellation flow isn’t working or a refund needs a human, email support@sellvia.com. Include your account email, the store name, and a clear statement that you want to cancel. Responses typically come within 24 to 48 hours. Save the confirmation reply. If a charge appears on your statement after the date on that email, it’s your evidence for disputing it with your bank.
