To cancel a Sculptique subscription, log into the customer portal at trysculptique.com, email info@trysculptique.com, or call (877) 694-1919 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST. Your request has to reach Sculptique at least two weeks before your next renewal date, or the next shipment may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.1Sculptique. Cancellation Policy
The Three Cancellation Methods
Any of these three channels will cancel your subscription.1Sculptique. Cancellation Policy
- Customer portal: Log into your account on trysculptique.com and manage the subscription directly. This is the fastest option because it processes immediately rather than waiting on a support agent.
- Email: Send your request to info@trysculptique.com with your full name, order number, and the email address tied to your account.
- Phone: Call (877) 694-1919 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST.2Sculptique. Contact Information
If you’re close to your billing date, use the portal. Email and phone work, but a delayed response can eat into the two-week window.
The Two-Week Deadline
Sculptique’s renewal cycle depends on how many bottles you ordered: one bottle renews every 4 weeks, two bottles every 8 weeks, and three bottles every 12 weeks.1Sculptique. Cancellation Policy To stop the next auto-charge and shipment, your cancellation has to be submitted at least two weeks before the next renewal date.
Cancel with fewer than two weeks left and Sculptique warns the next shipment may already be processing. The subscription will still end going forward, but you can end up paying for one more order.1Sculptique. Cancellation Policy Pull up your last order confirmation email, find the shipment date, count back two weeks, and treat that as your real deadline.
What to Put in an Email Request
Email is slower than the portal, so give the support team everything they need in one message. Include the full name on your account, the email address you signed up with, and the order number from your most recent shipment. The order number is in the confirmation email Sculptique sent after your last charge and in your account’s order history.
Say in the subject line or opening sentence that you’re canceling. “Cancel subscription – Order #12345” works. Keep a copy of the sent email with its timestamp in case you need to prove when you submitted the request.
Confirming It Went Through
Look for a confirmation email from Sculptique. Portal cancellations confirm immediately; email requests usually take a few business days. If nothing arrives, log back into the portal and check whether the subscription status reads as canceled.
Then watch your statements through the next billing cycle. No charge around the expected renewal date means the cancellation stuck. A charge after that date is something you can dispute.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
A charge that posts after a confirmed cancellation is a billing error under federal law, because it’s a charge you didn’t authorize.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors The Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date your card issuer sends the statement containing the charge to file a dispute.4Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Regulation Z 1026.13 – Billing Error Resolution
Send a written notice to your card issuer at the billing inquiry address on your statement. Include your name, account number, the date and amount of the charge, and a short explanation. Attach your cancellation confirmation email. The issuer has to acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, and it can’t report the disputed amount as delinquent or send it to collections while the investigation is open.4Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Regulation Z 1026.13 – Billing Error Resolution
Before you escalate to a card dispute, try Sculptique first. A post-cancellation charge is often a processing lag, and support at info@trysculptique.com may reverse it faster than your bank will.2Sculptique. Contact Information
Refunds for Shipments Already Sent
Sculptique charges correspond to a physical shipment of product, so whether you can get money back depends on timing and Sculptique’s return policy. If your cancellation came in too late to stop a shipment already in processing, you’ll receive the product and no further charges after that.
No federal law requires prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period. Any refund right comes from Sculptique’s own terms and, in some cases, your state’s consumer protection rules. If you got a shipment because the cancellation wasn’t processed in time, email support to ask about a return or credit, and attach your cancellation confirmation and its timestamp.
