To cancel your Reverse Health subscription, go to the same place you signed up: the Reverse Health website if you subscribed there, the Apple App Store if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, or the Google Play Store if you signed up on Android. That distinction matters more than anything else here. Canceling inside the Reverse Health app does not stop Apple or Google from billing you, and canceling with Apple or Google does not touch a subscription you bought on the website.
Check Where You Signed Up
Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the charge. “Apple.com/bill” means Apple is the biller and you cancel through Apple. “Google” means the same for the Play Store. If it reads “Reverse Health” or something close, you subscribed through the company’s website and cancel through their account portal.
Have the email address you used at sign-up handy, and note the date of your current billing cycle so you can cancel before the next renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle unless you turn renewal off first.1Reverse Health. Reverse Health Subscription and Billing Guide
Cancel a Website Subscription
If you bought your plan on reverse.health:
- Open the Reverse Health home page and click the menu tab in the top right corner.
- Click “Need Help?” then select “My Account.”
- Choose “Manage Subscription” and log in if prompted.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
These steps come from the company’s own billing guide.1Reverse Health. Reverse Health Subscription and Billing Guide If the portal doesn’t show a clear cancel option, email help@reverse.health with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request” and include the email tied to your account.2Reverse Health Help Center. Contact Us The chat bubble on the website and inside the app reaches the same team. Save any confirmation reply. That written record is what you’ll rely on if a charge still lands after you asked to cancel.
Cancel Through the Apple App Store
If you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls the billing:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap “Subscriptions.”
- Find Reverse Health in the list and tap it.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
Once confirmed, the entry shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date, and Apple stops billing at that point.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access until the expiration date passes.
Cancel Through the Google Play Store
For Android subscribers who signed up through Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap “Payments & Subscriptions,” then “Subscriptions.”
- Find Reverse Health and select it.
- Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the remaining prompts.
Google displays the time remaining in your current billing period.1Reverse Health. Reverse Health Subscription and Billing Guide Access continues through that period, and no further charges process after it ends.
Confirm the Cancellation Actually Worked
Don’t take the last tap as proof. Three things to check:
- A confirmation email from Reverse Health, Apple, or Google.
- Your account or subscription settings showing an expiration date rather than a renewal date.
- Your bank statement through the next full billing cycle.
Screenshot the confirmation screen and keep the email. If a charge somehow slips through, those two together are what your bank or card issuer will want to see. Processing delays occasionally push one final charge through even after a valid cancellation, so keep watching for at least one cycle.
Getting a Refund for Money Already Paid
Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund anything you’ve already been billed. Reverse Health offers refunds in four specific situations, each with its own conditions:
- Technical problems that kept you from accessing the program, if requested within 14 days of purchase and backed by detailed information and visual evidence.
- A medical reason that prevents you from starting or continuing, with a note from your doctor.
- Hospitalization or long-term care lasting more than 10 days within your first 30 days of subscribing.
- The weight loss results guarantee: no results within 35 days after you followed the program for at least 14 days, with proof of engagement.
Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 10 business days. A full refund ends your access immediately; a partial refund lets you use the service through the end of your billing period.4Reverse Health Help Center. Refund Policy
Reverse Health asks that you contact support before filing a credit card dispute, saying disputes can slow the refund. That is a preference, not a rule. Your legal right to dispute a charge with your card issuer stays intact either way.4Reverse Health Help Center. Refund Policy
If the Charges Keep Coming
When you’ve canceled and the charges continue, or when you can’t get a cancellation to go through at all, federal law gives you a way to stop the payments through your bank.
Under Regulation E, you can stop a preauthorized electronic payment by telling your bank or credit union at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. You can do this orally or in writing. If you place the order by phone, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days; miss that window and the oral order lapses.5eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers Call first to stop the next charge quickly, then send a written follow-up.
For a credit card charge, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date of the statement containing the charge to send a written dispute to your issuer. The issuer must acknowledge within 30 days and resolve the dispute within two billing cycles.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Send the screenshots and any cancellation email you saved along with the dispute.
