How to Cancel Your Picsart Subscription on Any Device

To cancel a Picsart subscription, use the same platform that originally billed you: cancel in Settings on an iPhone or iPad, in the Google Play Store on Android, or on picsart.com if you signed up through the website. Canceling in the wrong place is the most common reason charges keep coming after people think they’ve stopped them.

Find Out Who’s Actually Billing You

Picsart subscriptions can be collected by Apple, Google, or Picsart directly, and each has a separate cancellation path. Check your bank or credit card statement first. Apple charges usually appear as “apple.com/bill,” and Google charges show up as “GOOGLE*Picsart” or similar.1Apple Support. You can also open the Picsart app, go to your profile, and look under settings or billing for the payment source.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If Apple is billing you, cancel through your device settings, not inside the Picsart app.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Picsart in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.

If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Premium access continues until that date.

Cancel on Android

Google Play handles this separately from the Picsart app itself.

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Picsart.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Google displays the date access expires, and premium features stay active until then.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel on the Picsart Website

If you subscribed at picsart.com, neither Apple nor Google can cancel it for you.

  • Go to picsart.com and log in.
  • Click your profile photo in the top corner.
  • Select Settings.
  • Go to Billing & Subscriptions.
  • Click Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation steps.

Picsart may show retention offers or ask why you’re leaving. You can click through those prompts without accepting anything. Once the cancellation goes through, your account page reflects the change.4Picsart Help Center. How to Cancel Your Picsart Subscription

Deleting the App Doesn’t Cancel Anything

Removing Picsart from your phone does not stop the billing cycle. Apple and Google manage subscription payments at the account level, not the app level. You could delete Picsart today and still be charged next month, and the month after that. The only way to stop charges is to cancel through the platform that processes your payment.

What Happens After You Cancel

Two things happen regardless of how you cancel. First, premium access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you paid for a yearly plan and cancel three months in, you keep nine months of premium features. Picsart does not issue partial refunds for unused time on standard cancellations.5Picsart Help Center. Picsart Subscription Plans Explained: Monthly vs Yearly Options

Second, once that period ends, the account reverts to the free tier. You lose access to premium editing tools and AI features, but saved projects and account data stay intact. If you resubscribe later, your work will still be there.

Requesting a Refund

If you were charged after thinking you’d canceled, or during a free trial you meant to end, you can try for a refund through whichever platform billed you.

For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Picsart charge, and select “Request a refund.” Apple reviews each request individually and eligibility varies.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play, open the Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history. Find the Picsart charge and tap “Report a problem.” Google generally handles refund requests more favorably when they’re submitted within 48 hours of the charge; after that window, Google recommends contacting the app developer directly.7Google Play Help. Still Being Charged After Canceling

Persistent charges usually mean one of three things: you canceled on the wrong platform, you have a second Picsart account with its own subscription, or the cancellation didn’t fully process. Check the subscription management page on all three platforms (Apple, Google, and picsart.com) and look for a confirmation email. If you find an active subscription you thought was canceled, cancel it again and screenshot the confirmation screen.

If charges continue despite a verified cancellation, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company and provide the cancellation confirmation as evidence. You can also file a complaint with Picsart support through their request form under “Subscription and Payments.”8Picsart Help Center. Submit a Request
