To cancel a Peech subscription, go back to wherever you originally signed up — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Peech’s own website — and cancel through that platform’s billing controls. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the charges, and Peech’s terms say so directly.1Peech. Terms and Conditions Before you do anything else, open your email and find the original purchase receipt. That receipt tells you which of the three platforms is actually billing your card.
Why Deleting the App Isn’t Enough
People assume that removing an app removes the subscription. It doesn’t. The billing arrangement lives with Apple, Google, or Peech, not on your phone, and it keeps running on schedule until you cancel it at the source. Uninstall Peech and you’ll still be charged next month. Cancel first, then delete if you want.
Canceling on iPhone or iPad
If your receipt is from Apple, cancel through Settings:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Peech entry in your list of active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find the button.
If you see an expiration date in red text where the Cancel button would be, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep it. You’ll want proof if a charge shows up later.
Canceling on Android
Android subscriptions run through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Select Peech, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Google sends a confirmation email once the request goes through.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Check your inbox and your spam folder. If nothing arrives in a few minutes, go back into the subscription list and confirm the status reads canceled rather than active.
Canceling a Subscription Bought Directly From Peech
If you signed up on Peech’s website instead of through an app store, log into your Peech account in a browser and look for a Cancel Subscription option in your account or billing settings. Some website subscriptions go through a third-party processor such as Stripe, so you may be sent to an external page to finish the cancellation.
You can also email support@getpeech.com and ask them to cancel the subscription on your behalf.4Peech. Subscription Terms Either way, don’t treat the cancellation as done until you have a confirmation on screen or a written reply. Save it.
If You’re on a Free Trial
Peech’s free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires.4Peech. Subscription Terms That deadline applies whether you started the trial through Apple, Google Play, or the Peech website. Miss it by a few minutes and you’ll be billed for a full subscription period.
The cancellation steps are the same as above. Canceling early doesn’t shorten your trial — you keep access until the trial period ends, and you simply won’t be charged when it does.1Peech. Terms and Conditions If you’re only testing the app, the safest move is to cancel on the day you start.
What Happens to Your Access After You Cancel
Canceling doesn’t cut off your access immediately. You keep using Peech’s paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you cancel halfway through a yearly plan, for example, you retain access for the rest of that year and won’t be charged when it renews.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Apple works the same way. After that period expires, your account reverts to whatever free functionality Peech offers. The account itself isn’t deleted; removing your data is a separate request to Peech support.
If You Want a Refund or See a Charge After Canceling
Refunds are handled by whoever billed you. For Apple purchases, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and select the Peech charge. Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours and reviews each request individually.5Apple Support. If you canceled properly and a new Peech charge still hits your card, you can dispute it with your card issuer as a billing error under the Fair Credit Billing Act. You have 60 days from the statement date that first showed the charge to send a written dispute.7Federal Trade Commission.
