To cancel a NoveLove subscription, go to whichever payment platform processed your original purchase: Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or PayPal. NoveLove’s own app and website cannot cancel the billing, and deleting the app does nothing to stop future charges. First, Find Out Who Is Billing You
This is the step people skip, and it’s the one that decides whether your cancellation actually works. Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the most recent NoveLove charge.
- If it reads “APPLE.COM/BILL” or similar, Apple is billing you. Cancel in your iPhone or iPad settings.
- If it references “GOOGLE*” or “Google Play,” Google is billing you. Cancel in the Play Store or your Google account.
- If it shows up as a PayPal transaction, cancel in PayPal’s automatic payments settings.
Only recurring charges need to be cancelled. NoveLove sells both recurring VIP memberships (weekly, monthly, or annually) and one-time coin packs. If you see a single charge with nothing following it, that was likely a coin pack and there’s nothing to cancel. Repeating charges at regular intervals are the subscription.
Deleting the NoveLove app has no effect on billing. The payment authorization lives with Apple, Google, or PayPal, and they will keep charging your card until you cancel at the source.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap NoveLove in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see the button.

Cancel on Android Through Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the top right, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Find NoveLove, tap it, and follow the cancellation prompts.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
You can also go through Settings, tap Google, tap your name, tap Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Be sure you’re signed into the same Google account that holds the subscription. If NoveLove isn’t in your list, either you’re on the wrong account or the subscription actually runs through PayPal or Apple. Go back to your bank statement and confirm the merchant name before troubleshooting further.
Cancel Through PayPal
If your statement shows the charge going through PayPal, Apple and Google won’t be able to help. The subscription won’t appear in their lists at all.5PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One
On the PayPal website:
- Log in and open Settings.
- Click Payments.
- Click Subscriptions and saved businesses (or Automatic Payments).
- Find the NoveLove entry and cancel the automatic payment.
In the PayPal app:
- Tap the menu icon (three lines).
- Tap Subscriptions or Linked Businesses.
- Tap the merchant to open the details.
- Tap Stop Paying with PayPal, then confirm by tapping Unlink.
Watch for this: the merchant in PayPal may not be listed as “NoveLove.” It could appear under a different business name or in foreign characters. Match the amount and date to the charges on your bank statement to identify the right one.
What Happens After You Cancel
You should keep access to premium content through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancel halfway through a month on a monthly plan and you can keep reading until that month runs out; after that, you drop back to the free tier.4Google Play Help. Save the confirmation email from Apple, Google, or PayPal. If a charge appears after the cancellation date, that email is your evidence for a dispute. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Getting a Refund for a Charge That Already Went Through
Refunds are a separate request from the platform that billed you.
For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the NoveLove charge, and submit a refund request. Apple does not publish a fixed eligibility window; outcomes depend on timing and the consumer protection rules in your region.6Apple Support. For Google Play, you have 120 days from the transaction date to report an unauthorized charge.7Google Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies
For PayPal, open a case in the Resolution Center. PayPal disputes have a 180-day window from the payment date.
If the Charges Keep Coming
Users have reported NoveLove subscriptions that don’t show up in standard subscription lists and charges that continue after what should have been a clean cancellation. If you’ve worked through the right platform and charges are still landing, contact your bank or credit card issuer directly. Tell them you cancelled a recurring subscription and are still being billed. The bank can block the merchant from charging your card and may reverse recent charges through a chargeback.
If you’re using a debit card, a replacement card with a new number is an option, but some payment processors can automatically update merchant records with new card details. Having your bank block the merchant is more reliable than a new number alone.
