How to Cancel Your Moyra Subscription and Stop Charges

To cancel a Moyra subscription, go to the platform that actually bills you: the Apple App Store if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play if you signed up on Android, or Zotlo if you subscribed on Moyra’s website. Moyra can’t cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions on your behalf, so canceling in the wrong place leaves the charges running.

Find Out Who Is Actually Billing You

Most failed cancellations come from skipping this step. Check your original purchase confirmation email. If it came from Apple, you subscribed through the App Store. If it came from Google Play, cancel there. If it came from Zotlo or referenced Moyra’s website, that’s a web purchase handled by Zotlo, Moyra’s third-party payment processor.

Your bank or credit card statement works too. The merchant name printed next to the charge tells you exactly who’s collecting the money.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls the billing. Moyra has no ability to cancel or refund App Store subscriptions.1Moyra. Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap Moyra in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see a Cancel button but see an expiration date in red text, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

If Moyra doesn’t show up at all, it may have been bought under a different Apple ID or on a different platform. You can search your purchase history from the App Store app by tapping your profile picture, then Purchase History.3Apple Support. See Your Purchases and Subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone

Cancel Through Google Play

Android subscribers cancel through Google Play. Moyra can’t process cancellations or refunds for purchases made through Google’s store.1Moyra. Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
  • Select Moyra from the list.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Google may ask why you’re canceling. That form is optional and has no effect on the cancellation itself.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel a Web Purchase Through Zotlo

If you subscribed on Moyra’s website, billing runs through Zotlo. Moyra’s site doesn’t have a traditional account dashboard with a cancel button, which is where most of the confusion starts. You have two ways to cancel:

  • Sign in to the Zotlo dashboard at dashboard.zotlo.com using the same email address you used to buy the subscription, then submit a cancellation request.
  • Email support@zotlo.com to request cancellation or ask billing questions.

Zotlo is also the contact for refund and purchase questions on web subscriptions, not Moyra’s own support team.1Moyra. Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deleting the App Does Not Cancel the Subscription

Removing Moyra from your phone does not stop the charges. Apple, Google, and Moyra’s own policy all treat deleting the app and canceling the subscription as separate actions.5Moyra. Delete Account Deleting your Moyra account doesn’t stop an active subscription either. If you deleted the app weeks ago and are still seeing charges, the subscription has been running the whole time. Go back and cancel through the actual billing source.

What Happens After You Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You keep full access to premium features until that period expires.1Moyra. Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancel a monthly plan halfway through the month, and you still have the rest of the month. No new charges process after the current cycle ends.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Screenshot the confirmation screen and save the confirmation email. If a charge shows up after the stated expiration date, that documentation is your evidence.

Requesting a Refund

Refund eligibility depends on who processed your payment. Moyra treats digital content as delivered instantly, so one-time payments and used credits are generally non-refundable. Unused web credits bought through Zotlo may qualify for a refund if the payment was made in error and no credits have been spent. Approved refunds can take up to 30 business days.1Moyra. Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy

For App Store purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, select the Moyra charge, and submit. Apple evaluates each request individually.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play, refund policies vary based on what you bought, when you paid, and where you’re located. Request a refund through the Google Play app or at play.google.com. Unauthorized charges can be reported within 120 days of the transaction.7Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

First, confirm you canceled through the right platform. A lot of “failed cancellations” turn out to be someone canceling in Apple after subscribing through Google, or the reverse.

If cancellation is confirmed and charges are still posting, you have a federal right to stop preauthorized electronic payments. Under Regulation E, you can instruct your bank or card issuer to block future transfers from a specific merchant by contacting them at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. The bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days.8eCFR. 12 CFR 205.10 – Preauthorized Transfers

A chargeback through your bank is a last resort. Chargebacks exist for unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and using one to shortcut a normal cancellation can backfire: merchants may permanently ban your account, and payment processors flag accounts with chargeback activity for extra scrutiny. Work through the standard cancellation and contact the merchant’s support before going to the bank.
