Cancel on the LALAL.AI Website
This is the fastest route and works for subscriptions bought directly on lalal.ai.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

Can’t find the subscription in your list? Search your email for “receipt from Apple” to confirm which Apple Account was used. If it was purchased under a family member’s account, that person has to cancel it.
Cancel Through Google Play
Android subscriptions are billed by Google, so cancel there:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select the LALAL.AI subscription.
- Tap Cancel before the next renewal date.
Canceling inside the LALAL.AI website will not stop a Google Play subscription, and canceling on Google Play will not affect a website subscription.
Cancel a PayPal Subscription

In the PayPal app, tap Menu, then Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, select LALAL.AI, tap Account, then Unlink, and confirm. On the PayPal website, go to Settings, Payments, Automatic Payments, and select LALAL.AI there.
One important catch: removing PayPal as the payment method stops future charges to your PayPal account, but it doesn’t formally close the subscription on LALAL.AI’s end. Cancel through the LALAL.AI website or email support as well, so the account is fully closed out.

- A clear statement that you want to cancel the subscription.

What Happens After You Cancel

You should get a confirmation email once the cancellation goes through. Save it. If any charge appears after that date, the email is your evidence for a dispute with your bank.

Will You Get a Refund?
Canceling a recurring subscription does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You’ve paid for the cycle, you keep access until it ends, and no money comes back.5LALAL.AI. Refunds are possible in narrower situations: an unresolved technical bug the support team can’t fix within 30 days of receiving diagnostic information, a duplicate purchase where you haven’t used the second package, a double charge, or a charge for a subscription you’d already canceled before the renewal date.
