To cancel your Hubble Contacts subscription, log into the Member Portal on Hubble’s website and cancel there, or call customer service at 1-844-334-1640. As long as you finish the cancellation before your next order processes, you won’t be charged again. There’s no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
Cancel Online Through the Member Portal
Sign in to your account on the Hubble website and open the Member Portal. You’ll see your active subscription and your upcoming order. Choose the option to cancel and follow the prompts. Hubble will ask you to pick a reason for leaving from a short menu; select whatever fits and continue.1Hubble Contacts. Hubble Contact Lenses and Eye Glasses Frequently Asked Questions
Expect a few detour screens before the final confirmation. Hubble may offer a discount or suggest changing your delivery schedule instead. You don’t have to accept any of it. Click through each screen until you hit the last confirmation button. If you close the browser before that final step, the cancellation doesn’t take, and your next shipment will process normally.
Cancel by Phone
If you can’t get into your account or would rather speak to someone, call 1-844-334-1640.2Hubble Contacts. Contact Hubble Contacts Customer Service Tell the representative you want to cancel your subscription entirely. They may offer alternatives or ask why you’re leaving; you can decline and ask them to proceed. Before you hang up, ask for a confirmation number or email so you have proof.
Cancel Before Your Next Order Ships
You can cancel right up until Hubble ships your lenses and charges your card.1Hubble Contacts. Hubble Contact Lenses and Eye Glasses Frequently Asked Questions There’s no fixed cutoff like three days ahead of shipping, but once the order enters processing, the charge goes through and the box is on its way. Check the Member Portal for your next estimated ship date and cancel before that window.
If you’re close to the ship date, call rather than relying on the site. A representative can check whether the next order has already entered the processing queue. Once it ships, you’re unlikely to reverse the charge through Hubble.
Pause or Slow Down Instead
If you have too many lenses stacked up but still want to stay a customer, you don’t have to cancel. In the Member Portal you can request a Quick Delay of seven days, pick a specific future date for your next delivery, or change your delivery cadence so shipments come less often.3Hubble Contacts. Hubble’s Customer Portal The same adjustments are available by chat or through the customer service line. Nothing costs extra, and you avoid resubscribing later.
If You Pay With PayPal
When your subscription bills through PayPal, canceling through Hubble should stop future charges on its own. For a second layer of protection, revoke the billing agreement inside PayPal: log in, go to Settings, then Payments, then Automatic Payments, find Hubble in the merchant list, and cancel the agreement.4PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One
Revoking the PayPal agreement doesn’t formally close your Hubble account, so still cancel through Hubble directly. Cutting off the payment method just ensures nothing goes through if something is missed on Hubble’s end.
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Look for a confirmation email. Then log back into the Member Portal and check that your subscription shows as inactive. If it still reads active after 24 hours, call customer service instead of waiting to see whether it resolves.
Watch your next statement. If a charge posts after your confirmed cancellation date, you can dispute it with your bank under Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. Timing matters: reporting within two business days caps your liability at $50, waiting up to 60 days raises the cap to $500, and after 60 days your liability could be unlimited.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.6 – Liability of Consumer for Unauthorized Transfers Keep the cancellation confirmation email as evidence.
Your Prescription Goes With You
Canceling doesn’t cost you your prescription. Under the FTC’s Contact Lens Rule, the eye care professional who wrote it must give you a copy at the end of your fitting, can’t charge extra for it, and can’t make buying lenses from them a condition of releasing it.6Federal Trade Commission. Contact Lens Rule The prescription is valid for at least a year unless your doctor documents a medical reason for a shorter period. If you got your prescription through Hubble’s telehealth partner, you’re still entitled to a copy, and you can take it to any other retailer.
