How to Cancel Your Fubo Subscription on Any Device

To cancel your Fubo subscription, sign in wherever your payments actually originate: Fubo’s own website if Fubo bills you directly, or the app store (Apple, Roku, Google Play, or Amazon) that handles your billing if you signed up through one of them. The steps take a few minutes once you’re in the right place. Canceling in the wrong place is the single most common reason people keep getting charged after they thought they’d stopped.

Check Who Bills You First

Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the billing line. If it reads “FUBOTV,” your subscription runs directly through Fubo and you’ll cancel on their website. If it reads “Apple,” “Google,” “Roku,” or “Amazon,” you subscribed through that platform’s app store and you have to cancel there instead. Fubo’s website cannot stop charges that come from a third-party billing platform, no matter how many times you click cancel inside your Fubo account.

Sign in at fubo.tv with the email and password on the account. From the “Who’s Watching?” screen, pick any profile.1Fubo. How Do I Cancel My Fubo Subscription You don’t have to be the primary account holder to reach the cancellation screen.

Once you’re in, open My Account, then Subscription. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription. Fubo will likely show you a retention screen offering a discount to keep the account active. If you see that screen, your subscription is not canceled yet. You can accept by clicking “Redeem Offer,” or continue by clicking “Cancel Subscription” again.1Fubo. Canceling Through the App Store That Bills You

If a third-party platform charges your card, you need that platform’s subscription manager.

Free Trials Cancel Differently

Paid subscriptions and free trials behave in opposite ways at the moment of cancellation. When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. When you cancel a free trial through Fubo directly, your access ends immediately, you forfeit the remaining trial days, and Fubo will not offer another free trial on that account.1Fubo. If the Charges Keep Coming

Another charge after cancellation usually means you canceled in the wrong place. Recheck the billing line on your statement and cancel through whichever platform is named there.

If you canceled in the right place and the charges continue, contact Fubo. Phone support is at 844-441-3826, and live chat is on the help page. Both run 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern, seven days a week.5Fubo Help Center. How Do I Contact Fubo Support Have your confirmation email, account email address, and the disputed billing dates ready. You can notify the bank by phone or in writing, and if you call, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days.6eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers This can complicate your Fubo account, but it stops the charges regardless of what the company does.
