How to Cancel Your Froya Subscription on Any Device

To cancel a Froya subscription, go to the platform you originally signed up through — Apple, Google Play, or Froya’s own website — and cancel from there. That single detail is what trips most people up, because canceling in the wrong place leaves the billing relationship untouched and the charges keep coming.

Find Out Where You Signed Up

Check your email for the original purchase confirmation before you do anything else. A receipt from Apple means you subscribed through the App Store. A receipt from Google Play means the subscription runs through Google’s billing. A receipt directly from Froya means you signed up on the website and need to cancel inside your account there.

Canceling inside the Froya app itself does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Those billing relationships live with Apple or Google, so that is where the cancellation has to happen.

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Froya in the list, tap it, and choose Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to see the cancel button. Log in, find the subscription or billing section, and work through the cancellation prompts. You may see retention offers or discounts along the way. You don’t have to take them. Keep clicking through until you get a confirmation that the subscription is canceled.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

A confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes. Save it. If nothing arrives, log back in and look at the subscription status. “Expired,” “inactive,” or a specific end date means the cancellation was processed.

You generally keep access through the end of the current billing cycle. Paid through June 15 and canceled on June 1? You typically still have access until the 15th. Early cancellation does not usually trigger a prorated refund unless the specific terms say so.
