To cancel FlixLatino on Amazon Prime Video, sign into Amazon in a web browser, open your channel subscriptions, and unsubscribe from FlixLatino. The whole thing takes about two minutes, and it works the same way whether you’re on a paid plan or still in a free trial.
Cancel FlixLatino in a Web Browser
Open a browser, sign into the Amazon account that carries the subscription, and then:
- Go to amazon.com/gp/video/settings/channels, or open Account & Settings on primevideo.com and pick “Your subscriptions” from the top menu.
- Scroll your active add-on subscriptions until you find the FlixLatino listing.
- Select the unsubscribe option and confirm when prompted.
Amazon may push a discount offer or remind you what you’ll lose access to. You can move past those to the final confirmation. Once the cancellation goes through, the page swaps the renewal date for a subscription end date.
Why the Prime Video App Doesn’t Work
You can subscribe to channels from the Prime Video app on a TV, tablet, or phone, but you can’t cancel from there. The app has no option to manage or end channel subscriptions. Use a browser on a computer or phone to reach the subscription settings page. A regular mobile browser is enough; desktop mode is a fallback if the page misbehaves.
What Happens to Your Access and Billing
Your FlixLatino access doesn’t cut off the moment you confirm. You keep it through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges hit your card after that.
Canceling doesn’t generate a refund on its own. Amazon sometimes offers a self-service refund during the cancellation flow; if you accept it, your access ends immediately instead of running out the period. The offer isn’t always there, and appears to depend on how recently you were charged and how much of the period has passed. If you want a refund and weren’t offered one, Amazon’s help page routes you to customer service.
Canceling During the Free Trial
The steps are the same during a Prime Video free trial, with one difference worth knowing: canceling a trial may end your access right away rather than letting it run to the trial’s original end date. Amazon does not send a reminder before a trial converts to a paid subscription, so set your own if you’re only trying it out.

Check a recent card or bank statement: a charge labeled “Amazon” or “Prime Video” belongs on the Amazon flow above, while a charge labeled “FlixLatino” has to be canceled on their site by logging in, clicking the down arrow in the top-right, choosing “Account,” and then “Cancel membership.”
Changing Your Mind Before the End Date
If you reconsider before your subscription end date arrives, go back to the same Amazon subscriptions page, find FlixLatino, and reactivate. Once the end date passes, that option is gone and you’d need to subscribe again from scratch, which can mean losing any promotional rate you had.
