To cancel your Financeify subscription, sign in to your account page and use the cancellation option there, or contact the company by phone at 1 (866) 836-6909 or by email at hello@financeify.co. Timing matters more than method: if you signed up under an introductory offer, cancel before the trial window closes or you’ll be billed the full monthly rate, which runs between $29.95 and $39.95 depending on your plan.1Financeify. Cancel From Your Account Page
Financeify’s terms state that your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel from your account page.1Financeify. Financeify – Terms and Conditions Log in, open the subscription or cancellation option, and follow the prompts all the way through to a final confirmation screen. Closing the browser partway through likely won’t cancel anything, so wait for the confirmation message before you navigate away. Screenshot it.

One thing to watch: some older write-ups list “support@financeify.com” as the contact. That address is wrong. The domain is financeify.co, and the correct prefix is hello.
If You Subscribed Through Apple or Google
If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play instead of the Financeify website, cancelling on the Financeify site won’t stop the charges. Apple and Google bill independently, so the cancellation has to happen with them.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find Financeify, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.3Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, it’s already cancelled.
On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to subscriptions, select Financeify, and cancel before the next renewal date. On both platforms, cancelling stops future charges but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Trial Windows: Cancel Before You’re Billed
Financeify runs two plans, each with its own introductory window following a $1 verification fee:
- Plan I gives you a seven-day introductory period. After seven days, monthly billing begins at $29.95, $34.95, or $39.95 depending on the rate shown at sign-up.
- Plan II gives you a two-day introductory period. The same monthly rates apply after those two days.
Cancel before the introductory period ends and your payment method won’t be charged the subscription amount.1Financeify. Financeify – Terms and Conditions The gap between the two plans matters. Plan II gives you only 48 hours to decide. Check which plan you’re on right after signing up and set a reminder for the day before it expires.
The $1 verification fee is refundable on request.1Financeify. Financeify – Terms and Conditions If you want that dollar back, ask for it explicitly when you contact customer service.
Refunds After the Trial
Once the introductory period is over, Financeify’s terms are blunt: subscription payments are non-refundable, and neither full nor partial refunds are offered.1Financeify. Financeify – Terms and Conditions Cancelling mid-cycle won’t get you a prorated refund for the remaining days. You do keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, so use that time to export any financial data, reports, or transaction histories you want before access shuts off.
If You’re Charged After Cancelling
Start with Financeify. Call 1 (866) 836-6909 or email hello@financeify.co, reference the date you cancelled, and attach any confirmation you saved. Most post-cancellation charges are timing issues the company can reverse.
If that doesn’t work, you can dispute the charge through your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you dispute a billing error by sending written notice to the issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The notice must include your name and account number, the dollar amount, and an explanation of why you believe it’s an error. The issuer has to acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, and it cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent during the investigation.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. Debit card protections are narrower and the timelines are tighter, so if the charge hit a debit card, file the dispute quickly. Either way, the screenshots, confirmation emails, and call notes you saved earlier become your evidence.
