To cancel a Fatty15 subscription, log in at fatty15.com, open Manage Account, then Manage Subscription, pick the subscription you want to end, and click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. If you’d rather not do it online, email info@fatty15.com or call 619-407-9225 and ask the support team to cancel for you. Both routes work, but timing matters: a cancellation submitted after your billing cycle has already triggered won’t stop that shipment.
Canceling Through Your Account
The online dashboard is the fastest way. Go to fatty15.com and click the account icon, then sign in with the email and password you used when you first ordered. Once you’re in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Manage Account, then Manage Subscription. Along the top menu, click Subscription and choose the specific product you want to cancel, whether that’s capsules, gummies, or something else. Scroll to the bottom of that subscription’s page and click Cancel Subscription.
The system may ask why you’re leaving. A short answer is fine. After you confirm, the page updates to show the subscription as canceled. Screenshot that screen or save the confirmation email. If a charge slips through later, that’s your proof.
Canceling by Email or Phone
If you can’t get into your account or would rather deal with a person, email info@fatty15.com or call 619-407-9225. Fatty15’s contact page says you can reach out at any time through either channel, though a phone call during business hours will move faster than a weekend voicemail.
In your email, include your full name, the email address on the account, and a clear cancellation request. Something like “Please cancel my Fatty15 subscription effective immediately” is enough. The support team should reply with confirmation. Keep that reply. If a billing dispute comes up later, the thread is your best evidence.
Skip a Shipment Instead
If you just need a break or you’ve stockpiled capsules, skipping the next order may serve you better than canceling. When Fatty15 sends the pre-order SMS reminder, reply with the option to skip, then confirm by replying “yes.” Your subscription stays active and no charge goes through for that cycle.
Subscription pricing runs about 20% below the one-time price. The 90-day Starter Kit, for example, is $119.95 on subscription versus $149.94 at the regular price. Cancel now and resubscribe later, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get the same rate. Skipping preserves the discount.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
Most cancellations process cleanly. If one doesn’t, start with Fatty15 support. Send your cancellation confirmation and ask them to reverse the charge. Sometimes an order processes because cancellation came in after the billing cycle had already triggered, and the company can sort that out directly.
If they don’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your card issuer. This is called a chargeback, and you can usually open one online or by calling the number on the back of your card. The FTC recommends following up with a written letter to the billing dispute address your card company lists, sent by certified mail so you have proof of delivery. Save every email, screenshot, and confirmation from the cancellation. Documentation is what separates a successful dispute from a denied one.
What the Refund Policy Actually Covers
Canceling stops future shipments; it doesn’t automatically refund past ones. Fatty15’s 30-day money-back guarantee is narrower than the name suggests. It applies only to your first eligible purchase of capsules or gummies, and the request has to reach info@fatty15.com within 30 days of the original order date.
Several things fall outside the guarantee:
- 6-Month and Annual Supply Kits are not eligible.
- Subscription refills don’t qualify; only the initial purchase does.
- A repeat purchase of a product you already got refunded on won’t qualify a second time.
- Deliveries refused without prior authorization from support are not eligible.
For anything outside those terms, contact the support team and ask them to review your order. If a return is approved, the company inspects the item before refunding your original payment method. The policy doesn’t spell out who pays return shipping, so confirm that before sending anything back.
