How to Cancel Your EaseUS Subscription: 2Checkout or Cleverbridge

To cancel an EaseUS subscription, you turn off auto-renewal through whichever payment processor handled your original purchase, not through EaseUS itself. That will be 2Checkout (now Verifone), Cleverbridge, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Once auto-renewal is off, the software keeps working until your current billing period ends, then it stops.

Find Out Who Processes Your Charge

EaseUS routes billing through third parties, so the first step is figuring out which one. Search your email for the original purchase confirmation. It will come from the 2Checkout team, Cleverbridge, Apple, or Google, and that tells you where to cancel.1EaseUS. How to Cancel Subscription for Your 2Checkout Order

No confirmation email? Check your bank or credit card statement. The charge description usually names the processor. You’ll also want the email address you used at checkout and your Order ID, both of which appear on the original receipt.

Cancel a 2Checkout (Verifone) Order

If your receipt came from the 2Checkout team, use the customer portal:1EaseUS. How to Cancel Subscription for Your 2Checkout Order

  • Go to secure.2co.com/myaccount (the link is also in your confirmation email).
  • Enter your purchase email or order number and click “Send access link.”
  • Open the login email (the link is valid for one hour) and click through to sign in.
  • Click “View all orders,” find the EaseUS order, and click “View order details.”
  • Click “Product history.”
  • If the status shows “Active,” click “Stop automatic subscription renew” and confirm.

Auto-renewal stops immediately after you confirm. Your license stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, then deactivates. Save the confirmation email 2Checkout sends in case a charge shows up later.

Cancel a Cleverbridge Order

The fastest path is your original Cleverbridge confirmation email. Scroll to the “Subscription overview” section (it may be labeled “Cancel your subscription” or “Manage your subscription”) and follow the prompts.2Cleverbridge Help & Support. How Do I Cancel My Subscription

If you don’t have that email, use the Cleverbridge purchase lookup page:

  • Go to cleverbridge.com and open the purchase lookup page.
  • Enter your checkout email and complete the captcha.
  • Click “Next.” Cleverbridge sends an order overview to your inbox (check spam if needed).
  • Open the email and click “All details on this order.”
  • Scroll to the subscription overview section and follow the prompts to cancel.

Cancel Through Apple or Google Play

If you bought EaseUS as an app, the store handles the subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. You have to turn off renewal inside the store.

When the Portal Won’t Cooperate

If you can’t identify the processor or the self-service page won’t work, email EaseUS support and ask them to cancel auto-renewal for you. Include your checkout email and the order number if you have it. Canceling Is Not the Same as a Refund

Turning off auto-renewal stops future charges. It doesn’t reverse a payment that already posted. EaseUS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee with no processing fees, refunded in the currency you paid.6EaseUS. Refund Policy for EaseUS Products Refunds are denied outside that window, when the software has already done its job successfully, when you bought from a reseller, or when you haven’t given support a chance to fix a technical problem first.

Once a refund is issued, the license deactivates immediately.6EaseUS. Refund Policy for EaseUS Products If you still need to recover files or finish a backup, do that before you request the refund.

If You Get Charged After Canceling

Renewal charges sometimes slip through after a cancellation. Contact EaseUS support or the processor first with your cancellation confirmation. That resolves most cases. If it doesn’t, federal law gives you two options depending on how you paid.

Debit Card or Bank Account

Under Regulation E, you can stop a preauthorized recurring electronic transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled payment date. The notice can be oral or written.7eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers If you call it in, the bank may require written confirmation within 14 days; miss that and the oral stop-payment order expires. Call the customer service line and explicitly request a stop-payment on the recurring EaseUS charge.

Credit Card

The Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the statement with the charge was sent to dispute it in writing with your card issuer.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Your notice needs your name, account number, the disputed amount, and why you believe it’s an error, which here is a charge that posted after you canceled. Most issuers let you start the process online or by phone, though the statute technically requires written notice to the billing-dispute address the issuer designates.
