To cancel a Copyleaks subscription, log into your account, open Settings, select Billing, click the Options dropdown in the top right, and choose Cancel Subscription. You’ll answer a short exit survey and confirm. Your access continues through the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for. One thing to handle first: your scan history disappears when the subscription ends, so download any reports you want to keep before you cancel.1Copyleaks. How Do I Cancel My Subscription

When You Can Get a Refund
Copyleaks offers a refund only when all three conditions are met: the request comes within the first 10 days of the billing cycle, you haven’t scanned any pages that cycle, and you haven’t used any credits. The refund covers the most recent billing cycle only. If you request it within 24 hours of payment, Copyleaks won’t take processing fees out of the refund.2Copyleaks. Copyleaks Terms of Use
Outside that 10-day window, payments are non-refundable. If you forgot about a renewal and already ran a scan, you won’t recover the money directly from Copyleaks. Your remaining options are a chargeback through your card issuer or a refund request through the app store that processed the payment.
Enterprise and Education Accounts Work Differently
Enterprise and Education plans run on custom order forms or service agreements with negotiated terms.2Copyleaks. Copyleaks Terms of Use Those contracts can carry written notice requirements, minimum commitment periods, and cancellation procedures that override the dashboard button. If your school or employer signed one, check the order form for a notice period before the renewal date, and route the cancellation through the admin or signer, not your personal account.
If the Cancellation Doesn’t Go Through
Copyleaks lists Customer Support as an alternate cancellation route and runs a contact form through its help center.2Copyleaks. Copyleaks Terms of Use When you write in, include the account email, the billing date at issue, and any confirmation numbers from earlier attempts.
If a charge posts after you’ve canceled and support won’t resolve it, file a billing dispute with your card issuer or bank. Keep screenshots of the cancellation confirmation, the date you canceled, and your correspondence with support. Most card issuers give you 60 days from the statement date to open a dispute.
