How to Cancel Your Cirkul Subscription Online, by Email, or by Phone

To cancel your Cirkul subscription, log in to your account at drinkcirkul.com and click Cancel Plan under your Payment Method, email help@drinkcirkul.com, or call 844-424-7585. There’s no minimum commitment, but cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you won’t be refunded for time you’ve already paid for. Online, the whole thing takes about two minutes.

Cancel Online Through Your Account

The website is the fastest route. The path is short:

  • Log in at drinkcirkul.com/account/login with the email and password you used to sign up.
  • Click “Your Account.”
  • Under the Payment Method section, select the “Cancel Plan” link.
  • Choose a reason for canceling, then click “Cancel Plan” again to confirm.

California residents get an immediate cancellation with no reason-selection screen. Everyone else sees the extra page before the final confirmation.1Drink Cirkul. Cirkul Cancellation Policy

Cancel by Email or Phone

If you’d rather not use the website, Cirkul takes cancellation requests two other ways:

  • Email help@drinkcirkul.com with your full name and the email address on your account so support can find your subscription.
  • Call 844-424-7585 and ask to cancel your auto-ship plan.

Email is worth using for one reason beyond convenience: it creates a written record. Keep the sent message and any reply. If a charge later shows up that shouldn’t, that thread is your evidence.1Drink Cirkul. Cirkul Cancellation Policy

What Happens After You Cancel

Cirkul processes the cancellation immediately, but it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you’re two weeks into a monthly cycle, you won’t be charged again, and you also won’t get a prorated refund for the unused time. The company’s terms describe recurring payments as “fully earned upon payment.”2Cirkul. Cirkul Terms of Service

You should get a confirmation email. If it doesn’t show up within a day or two, log back in and check whether the plan still reads as active. A missing confirmation is worth chasing down before the next billing date.

Any shipment that was already processing or in transit when you canceled will still be delivered. Watch your bank or card statements for at least one full billing cycle after cancellation to make sure no new charges appear.

Watch Trial Conversion Dates

If you signed up through a trial that converts into a paid auto-ship plan, two dates matter. Cirkul is required to email you at least 30 days before your trial converts to a paid subscription (the Conversion Date) and again before each annual renewal (the Renewal Date). Miss those, and your card gets charged automatically.2Cirkul. Cirkul Terms of Service

The notice email tends to land in a promotions folder, and a full-price charge shows up on the card before anyone reads it. Set a calendar reminder a few days ahead of the conversion date if you’re not sure you want to continue.

Returns and Refunds

Cirkul does not accept returns or issue refunds on its products because they’re consumable. For a defective cartridge or damaged bottle, email help@drinkcirkul.com and explain what happened; support may offer a replacement or credit case by case. A standard return-for-refund process doesn’t exist.3Cirkul. Track Your Order

That policy also covers your final shipment. Canceling after an order has entered processing won’t stop the delivery or get your money back for it, so cancel well before the next billing date rather than the day of.

If Cirkul Keeps Charging You After Cancellation

Cancellations sometimes don’t stick. A website glitch, an email lost in the queue, a phone note that never got entered. If a charge appears after you’ve confirmed cancellation, work through the steps in order.

Contact Cirkul First

Call 844-424-7585 or email help@drinkcirkul.com. Attach your cancellation confirmation or forward the cancellation email, and ask for a refund of the unauthorized charge. Most billing errors close out at this stage. Document everything: save screenshots, note dates and times of calls, keep email threads intact.

Dispute the Charge With Your Bank or Card Issuer

If Cirkul doesn’t fix it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. For debit card transactions, federal rules give you 60 days from the date your bank sends the statement containing the unauthorized charge to report it. Your bank must investigate within 10 business days and either resolve the error or provisionally credit your account while it keeps investigating for up to 45 days.4eCFR. 12 CFR Part 1005 – Electronic Fund Transfers (Regulation E)

Credit card transactions carry similar protections under the Fair Credit Billing Act. Either way, don’t let the statement sit. The 60-day window is a hard deadline.

File a Complaint With the FTC

If a company keeps charging after cancellation, the Federal Trade Commission wants to know. Report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. The FTC won’t resolve your individual case, but reports help identify patterns and inform enforcement against companies that make cancellation unreasonably difficult.5Federal Trade Commission. The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel Rule

The FTC finalized a rule in late 2024 requiring sellers of subscriptions to make cancellation as simple as sign-up. Sellers must clearly disclose material terms before collecting billing information, get explicit consent to recurring charges, and provide a straightforward cancellation mechanism that immediately stops further billing.6Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule

Cirkul already offers online, email, and phone cancellation, so the practical difference for current subscribers may be small. The rule matters more if you run into retention flows or extra hurdles that seem designed to stall you out before you finish canceling.
