Open My Lists and find the list or tag you want to save. Click the arrow to select properties, choose Select All, then click Export and pick Export to Excel. The Cancellation Steps
Cancellation runs through the dashboard. The exact path:
- Click your initials in the top-right corner.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown.
- Open the Billing tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription Plan section and click Cancel Account.

Canceling During the Free Trial
The 7-day free trial requires a card at sign-up. If you have not canceled by the end of day seven, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged immediately.5BatchLeads. Terms of Service for the BatchLeads and BatchDialer There is no grace period.
The path is the same: initials, My Profile, Billing, Cancel Account. Set a reminder for day five or six. Waiting until the final hours of day seven is risky because the charge can process before you finish.
Refunds on Monthly and Annual Plans
Monthly Plans
Month-to-month subscribers can cancel at any time and will not be charged for the following month.6BatchLeads. Annual Plans
Annual contracts work differently. BatchLeads offers a 40% discount for annual billing on every tier, but the terms of service state that if you cancel before the contract term ends, the company may continue collecting the remaining balance through the end of that term.5BatchLeads. The 72-Hour Refund Window
One narrow exception to the “all sales final” policy: the terms of service allow a refund if you request it within 72 hours of your initial purchase or renewal date and you have not accessed or used the platform since that charge. Spend Down Your Wallet Balance
BatchLeads accounts carry a wallet balance used for skip tracing and other per-use features. After cancellation, any unused wallet balance is deleted six months after account access is suspended.5BatchLeads. If Charges Continue After You Cancel
Billing errors happen. Start with support@getbatch.co and send your cancellation confirmation screenshot along with the date. If that does not resolve it, you have separate rights through your bank.
Under Regulation E, you can stop a preauthorized electronic payment by notifying your bank or card issuer at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.
