To cancel a Base44 subscription, open your workspace settings, go to Plan and billing, click Manage Payments, and confirm the cancellation. That path works for anyone who subscribed on Base44’s website. If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you have to cancel through that store instead, because Apple or Google is the one billing you. Either way, cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t cut off access immediately; you keep the paid features until the current billing period ends.
Cancel From the Base44 Dashboard
Log in to your account and work through these steps:
- Click your workspace name in the top-left corner, then click Settings.
- Click Plan and billing.
- Click Manage Payments under your current plan. On a monthly plan, you may need to click Manage Payments a second time.
- Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again on the confirmation prompt.
If you change your mind before the current period ends, the same billing page has a “Don’t cancel subscription” option that reverses the request.1Base44. Billing and Plans
After you confirm, check that the dashboard actually shows the plan as canceled. If it still looks active, log out and back in. A status that doesn’t update is worth chasing down now rather than finding on your next statement.
Cancel Through the App Store or Google Play
Canceling inside the Base44 dashboard will not stop charges that Apple or Google is processing. If you subscribed on your phone, cancel through the store that took your payment.

Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find Base44, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. If there is no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

What Happens After You Cancel
Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for. When that period expires, the account drops to the free tier (25 message credits and 100 integration credits per month) rather than being closed.5Base44. Plans to Fit Every Interest – Base44 Pricing
Watch for an automated confirmation email and save it. That email is the evidence you’ll need if charges keep appearing. If nothing arrives within a few hours, go back into billing and verify the cancellation actually registered.
Deleting Your Account Entirely
Canceling and deleting are different things. Canceling stops payments; your account and data remain on the free plan. There is no single button to delete the account. Three steps:
- Delete every application you built from your Base44 dashboard.
- Cancel the billing plan using the steps above.
- Contact Base44 support and ask them to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Support runs through a ticket system reachable from your dashboard.6Base44. Base44 Docs User reports suggest responses can be slow, so submit the deletion request well before any renewal date and follow up if you don’t hear back within a few business days.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Sometimes the cancellation goes through and the charges don’t stop. What you can do depends on how you paid.
For a credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute billing errors in writing within 60 days of receiving the statement that contains the charge. Your card issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, no more than 90 days total. While the dispute is open, the issuer cannot try to collect the amount, charge interest on it, or report it late to credit bureaus.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors
For charges pulled directly from a bank account, Regulation E under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop preauthorized transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled payment date. The notice can be oral or in writing.8eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers If a charge goes through after you’ve properly notified the bank, the bank is responsible for making you whole.
Your cancellation confirmation email is the strongest piece of evidence you have in either process. Without it, you are relying on your word against the company’s records.
You can also file a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov. Under the agency’s Click-to-Cancel rule, businesses that sell recurring subscriptions must make canceling at least as easy as signing up, and an online signup has to allow an online cancellation.9Federal Trade Commission.
