How to Cancel Your Balance of Nature Subscription: Refunds and Rights

To cancel a Balance of Nature subscription, log into your account at BalanceofNature.com and end the plan through the Manage Subscriptions dashboard, or call customer service at 1-800-246-8751. Balance of Nature runs on automatic replenishment, so the charges keep coming until you actively stop them.

Cancel Online Through Your Account

The dashboard route is the fastest. Sign in at BalanceofNature.com, open My Account, and select Manage Subscriptions. On the next screen, click Manage Subscriptions again on the right, then pick the specific plan you want to end. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription. You’ll be asked to choose a reason and click through a few prompts before the cancellation is final.

Somewhere in that flow, the site will offer to skip your next order rather than cancel outright. If you want out entirely, decline and continue to the final confirmation screen.1Balance of Nature. How Do I Skip or Cancel My Recurring Subscription Order

Expect the representative to offer discounts or a skipped shipment before processing the cancellation. Decline politely and ask them to complete it. Before you hang up, ask for a confirmation number or a cancellation email. That record is what you’ll rely on if a charge slips through later.

If You Subscribed Through Amazon

Subscriptions placed through Amazon can’t be canceled on the Balance of Nature site. Go to your Amazon account, open Memberships & Subscriptions, and cancel there. Amazon controls the billing on those orders, so Balance of Nature’s customer service team can’t stop them.

Skip or Reschedule Instead of Canceling

If the goal is a break rather than a permanent exit, log in and open Manage Subscriptions. Under Your Next Order, you have two choices. Reschedule lets you pick a new date, and the recurring cycle resets from there. Skip drops the next month’s shipment only, and orders resume automatically after that. Skipping keeps your Preferred Customer pricing intact.1Balance of Nature. How Do I Skip or Cancel My Recurring Subscription Order
