How to Cancel Vitacore Subscription and Stop Charges

To cancel a Vitacore subscription, email customer.service@vitacore.com or call 1-888-593-2218 and ask the company to stop all future recurring charges and shipments.1Vitacore. Contact Us Get the cancellation confirmed in writing, then check your next bank or credit card statement to make sure no new charge posts.

Send the Cancellation Request

Email and phone are the two reliable channels. Either works. Pick the one that gives you the best record.

If you call, ask the representative to confirm the cancellation verbally before you hang up. Write down the date, the time, and the name of the person you spoke with. If you email, use a subject line like “Cancel Subscription” and keep the message short and direct. Do not phrase it as a question. State it as a fact: “I am canceling my recurring subscription effective immediately. Please confirm in writing that no further charges will be applied.”

If you set up an account on Vitacore’s website at signup, log in first and look for a subscription management section. Some platforms let you cancel recurring orders from the dashboard. If you find that option, use it and screenshot the confirmation before you leave the page. If there’s no cancel button in your account, don’t assume the subscription will lapse on its own. Fall back to email or phone.

What to Put in the Email

Give the company enough detail to find your account without writing back for more. Include:

  • Your full name as it appears on the account or the payment method.
  • The email address you used when you signed up.
  • The order or subscription ID from your original confirmation email or a shipping notice.
  • A clear sentence requesting that all future recurring charges and shipments stop immediately.

You do not owe the company an explanation. Keep it brief.

Confirm It Actually Went Through

Watch for a confirmation reply from Vitacore. If nothing arrives within a few business days, follow up by email or phone and reference the date of your original request. Log back into your account and check whether the subscription still shows as active.

The real proof is on your statement. Check the next billing cycle for a new charge, then check the cycle after that too, because some recurring billing systems run on a delay. If a charge posts after the company said you were canceled, you have solid grounds to dispute it.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Federal law under the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires any online seller using recurring billing to disclose the terms clearly, get your informed consent, and give you a simple way to stop the charges.2Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8403 – Negative Option Marketing on the Internet A charge after a clear cancellation is a chargeable dispute, not a customer service problem.

Credit Card Charges

The Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute the charge as a billing error. Send a written dispute to your card issuer’s billing address within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. Include your name, account number, the amount, and a note that you canceled the subscription before the charge was billed. The issuer has 30 days to acknowledge the dispute and up to two billing cycles, no more than 90 days total, to resolve it.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Most issuers also accept disputes online or by phone, which is faster for getting a provisional reversal. File that way too, but still send the written notice, because the statutory protections attach to it.

Debit Card or Bank Account Charges

These fall under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. You have 60 days from the date your bank sent the statement to report the error. The bank must investigate within 10 business days and may provisionally re-credit your account while it works. If it finds the charge unauthorized, it has one business day after that finding to correct it.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693f – Error Resolution Miss the 60-day window and your options narrow sharply, so file promptly.

FTC Complaint

If Vitacore or any seller ignores cancellation requests or makes canceling unreasonably hard, file a complaint at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Individual complaints rarely produce a personal refund, but they feed enforcement patterns. Investigations start when complaints against the same seller pile up.

Refunds on Products Already Shipped

Canceling stops future shipments. Getting money back on masks already sent is a different question. Personal protective equipment often cannot be returned once shipped, even unopened, because of health and safety restrictions. At least one authorized Vitacore retailer states outright that returns are not accepted on masks or respirators under any circumstances. If a final shipment reached you after you canceled, contact Vitacore to ask about a refund, but expect the answer may be no based on the product type.

A charge that posts after the company confirmed cancellation is not a return issue. It is an unauthorized charge, and the dispute process above applies regardless of the return policy.

Extra Protections for California Residents

California’s Automatic Renewal Law requires businesses to disclose all renewal terms clearly before collecting payment, get explicit consent, and provide straightforward cancellation instructions.5California Legislative Information. Business and Professions Code 17600-17606 – Automatic Purchase Renewals If you enrolled online, you must be able to cancel online, and the seller cannot put up barriers that delay your ability to cancel right away.6State of California – Department of Justice – Office of the Attorney General. Many other states have similar automatic renewal statutes, so check your own state attorney general’s site for local protections.
