How to Cancel Visory Camera Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a Visory camera subscription, go to the app store that bills you — Apple’s App Store on an iPhone or iPad, or Google Play on an Android device — and cancel from there. The Visory app itself has no cancel button because Apple and Google handle the billing, so contacting Visory directly won’t stop the charges.

Confirm Who’s Billing You

Open your email and find the receipt from your most recent Visory charge. It will say either Apple or Google, which tells you where to cancel. The receipt also confirms whether you’re on the weekly or yearly plan.

Check the renewal date too. If it’s close, act now. Google Play recommends canceling at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the next period.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Apple routes subscription management through device settings rather than the app:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Visory in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If there’s no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. Cancel on Android

Google Play handles Visory billing on Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Tap Visory.
  • Tap Cancel subscription.
  • Pick a reason when prompted, then confirm.

Google requires a reason before letting you finish, but that’s a feedback step and doesn’t block the cancellation.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

On a computer, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, sign in with the Google account tied to the purchase, find Visory, and follow the prompts.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

What Happens After You Cancel

Access doesn’t cut off right away. You keep the paid features for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Cancel six months into a yearly plan, and you still have six months left. After that, Visory drops back to its free tier with limited functionality.

Go back to the subscription screen and confirm the change. Instead of a renewal date, it should now show an expiration date. That’s the signal that no further charges will post. Save the confirmation email in case a billing dispute comes up later.

One caveat: cloud footage tied to paid features may not stay accessible once your access expires. If you want to keep any recordings, download them before the subscription runs out.

Requesting a Refund

If a renewal caught you off guard, or you subscribed by accident, ask the platform that charged you.

For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, then select the Visory charge and submit. The charge has to be fully processed first, so wait for the email receipt if it still shows as pending.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play, you can request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of the purchase. After that, your remaining option is to contact the developer. For unauthorized charges you didn’t make, Google gives you 120 days to report the transaction.5Google Play Help. Request a Refund on Google Play A refund decision from Google typically takes one to four business days.

Neither platform guarantees refunds. Apple and Google review each request on its own, and a pattern of frequent refund requests can count against you. Either way, canceling is a separate step: an approved refund won’t stop the next charge on its own.
