This is the fastest route if you do not feel like clicking through menus. It only works from the enrolled line, so you cannot cancel one phone’s auto-refill by texting from a different phone.
Cancel by Phone

Have your phone number and PIN ready. The representative will verify you, process the cancellation, and may mention the discount you are about to lose. Ask for a confirmation number or a confirmation email before you hang up.
Cancel Before Your Renewal Date

What Happens After You Cancel
Your current service stays active until your existing service end date. Canceling auto-refill does not cut off your phone or erase remaining minutes, texts, or data. You just will not be charged again automatically.
