If You Subscribed Through Apple or Google

Contacting the Times Union will not stop billing if you signed up through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Those subscriptions are managed by the platform, and you have to cancel where you subscribed.

On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the Times Union entry, and tap Cancel Subscription.5Apple.
