How to Cancel Quinn Subscription: iPhone, Android, and Website

To cancel a Quinn subscription, use the same platform you signed up on: cancel in iPhone Settings if you subscribed through the App Store, in Google Play if you subscribed on Android, or through your account at tryquinn.com (or by emailing support@tryquinn.com) if you signed up on the web. Canceling stops future charges, but your premium access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.1Quinn. Terms of Service

First, Find Out Where You’re Being Billed

Check a recent card or bank statement. A charge labeled “Apple.com/bill” means you subscribed through the App Store. “Google Play” means Android. A charge that names Quinn directly means you signed up on the website. Your original purchase receipt in email will say the same thing.

This matters because the platforms don’t talk to each other. Canceling on Quinn’s website will not stop an Apple or Google charge, and canceling in your phone’s settings will not stop a web subscription.

Cancel on iPhone

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Quinn in the list, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.2Apple Support. See Your Purchases and Subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone

Apple processes the cancellation right away, and you keep premium access until the current billing cycle ends. If Quinn doesn’t appear in the list, you’re probably signed into a different Apple ID than the one you subscribed with, or you didn’t subscribe through Apple in the first place.

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play app and go to your subscriptions. You can also reach it through Settings by tapping Google, then Manage Your Google Account, then Payments & Subscriptions, then Manage Subscriptions. Select Quinn and follow the prompts.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

One warning: deleting the Quinn app from your phone does nothing to your subscription. Google will keep charging you every month until you formally cancel through the steps above.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel on the Quinn Website

Log in at tryquinn.com and click your profile icon in the upper-right corner. Your Account Overview page lets you manage the subscription. If you’d rather not navigate the account page, email support@tryquinn.com and ask them to cancel it for you. Either way, access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for.1Quinn. Free Trials Convert Automatically

Quinn has offered a one-week free trial. If you do nothing, the trial rolls over into a paid subscription on its own. Cancel before the trial ends if you don’t want to be charged.

Google Play recommends canceling at least 48 hours before the renewal date so the change processes in time. Apple’s system tends to be more forgiving, but a day or two of buffer is safer on either platform. Set a reminder the day the trial starts.

What Cancellation Does and Doesn’t Do

Canceling stops future charges. It does not cut off your access immediately, and it does not refund what you’ve already paid. If you’re on a monthly plan, you keep premium features through the end of the current month; on an annual plan, through the end of the year.

Your account, listening history, and saved content stay intact. Canceling is not the same as deleting your account, so you can resubscribe later without losing anything. If you want your data removed entirely, use the separate Delete Account option at the bottom of the Account Overview page.1Quinn. Terms of Service

Quinn’s terms state that all subscription charges are non-refundable, including for partial use or unused months.4Quinn. Cancellation and Refunds That makes timing important: cancel early in a cycle and you still get the rest of the period; wait past the renewal date and you’ve paid for another full month.

If You Still See Charges After Canceling

Save your cancellation confirmation email. It’s the single most useful piece of evidence you have if you need to dispute a charge later.

If a charge still hits your account, first check whether you have a second subscription running through a different platform. Having both a web subscription and an app store subscription at the same time is a common cause. Then contact support@tryquinn.com. For charges billed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also request a refund through those platforms directly, and they sometimes apply more flexible policies than Quinn does.

If the charges are genuinely unauthorized, federal law caps your liability at $50 for unauthorized credit card charges. You have 60 days from the date the first disputed charge appears on your statement to notify your card issuer in writing. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. Send the dispute letter to the billing inquiry address on your statement, not the payment address, and keep copies of everything.

For direct debits from a bank account rather than a credit card, report the unauthorized transfer to your bank within 60 days of receiving the statement that shows it.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.11 – Procedures for Resolving Errors
