To cancel Printify, you have two separate actions depending on what you want to end. To stop paying for the Premium plan, cancel the subscription from your dashboard before the next renewal date. To close the account entirely, you first cancel Premium, then withdraw your balance, disconnect your stores, remove your saved card, and submit a deletion request through Account Settings.
Canceling a Printify Premium Subscription
Premium starts at $39 per month, or $24.99 per month when billed annually, and it renews on its own cycle whether you use the account or not.1Printify. Pricing
In your dashboard, open Premium in the left sidebar, click Manage subscription, then choose Cancel subscription. Do this before your renewal date. Premium payments are non-refundable, so a cancellation submitted after the renewal charge posts will not claw the money back; it only stops the following cycle.2Printify. If the “Cancel subscription” option isn’t visible, the subscription is already canceled and no further charges will apply.
Canceling Premium does not delete your account. Your free account stays open, which is usually what you want if there’s any chance you’ll come back.
What You Have to Do Before Deleting the Account
Printify blocks account deletion until four things are cleared:
- Withdraw any remaining balance in your Printify wallet. A negative balance or pending payout will stop the process.
- Disconnect every sales channel — Shopify, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, and any others — so sync errors don’t fire after the account is gone.
- Cancel your Premium subscription, if you have one, using the steps above.
- Remove your registered credit card from the account.

Export Your Data First
Deletion is permanent. Printify erases your order history, invoices, payment information, and all uploaded artwork, and support cannot recover any of it afterward.4Printify. How Can I Delete My Printify Account
To export your orders, go to the Orders tab, click CSV Import/Export, and select Export as CSV. The tool covers the current month, the previous month, or both. For anything older, contact Printify support before you start the deletion.5Printify. How Can I Export My Order Information Invoices live under Wallet → Invoices and need to be downloaded one at a time. There’s no bulk export for designs or mockups, so save any artwork you want to keep by downloading it from each product listing.
Deleting the Account
With the prerequisites done and your data exported, the deletion itself is short:
- Open Account → Settings from the left sidebar or the top-right menu.
- Scroll to My personal data and click Delete my data.
- Open the confirmation email Printify sends to the address on file and click Delete my data inside it.

Your Store Listings Do Not Come Down Automatically
Deleting your Printify account does not remove products from the sales channels you connected. Listings you published to Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or another marketplace stay live and buyable after your Printify account is gone.6Printify. Why Is My Product Scheduled for Removal Customers can still place orders you can no longer fulfill, which leads to refund requests, negative reviews, and policy issues on platforms that penalize unfulfilled orders. Before you delete, go through each connected store and unpublish or delete every product that relied on Printify.
Save What You Need for Taxes
Income you earned through Printify-fulfilled products is still reportable for the year you earned it, and the invoices you’re about to lose document your cost of goods sold. Download all invoices from your wallet and export your order data before deleting. If your payment processor sends you a Form 1099-K, that form comes from the processor, not from Printify, so account deletion won’t affect it; but without your production and shipping invoices, proving your actual expenses gets harder.7Internal Revenue Service.
