Cancel Through Panera’s Website or App
If you signed up on panerabread.com or inside the Panera app, this is your route. Go to panerabread.com/SipClub and sign into your MyPanera account.2Panera Bread. Unlimited Sip Club The subscription management page shows your plan and billing cycle along with a cancellation option. Click through every prompt until you reach a confirmation screen that explicitly says the subscription has been canceled. If you close the page before that screen loads, the cancellation may not register.
The mobile app works the same way. Sign in, open your account or profile settings, find the subscription section, and follow the prompts to the confirmation step. Panera should email you a confirmation once the cancellation processes. Keep that email. It is the easiest proof you have if a charge turns up later.
Cancel an Apple App Store Subscription
If you subscribed through the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, Panera’s own site and app cannot cancel it. Apple runs the billing, so the cancellation happens in your device settings:3Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and tap the Panera Sip Club entry.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you see a red expiration message instead of a cancel button, the subscription is already canceled.
Deleting the Panera app from your phone does nothing. Apple will keep billing you until you cancel inside Settings.
Cancel a Google Play Subscription

- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Select the Panera entry and tap Cancel subscription.
As with Apple, uninstalling the Panera app will not stop the charges. Google handles the billing independently, and the subscription stays active until you cancel it through Google’s system.
Cancel by Phone
If the digital options aren’t working, or if you don’t remember how you originally signed up, call Panera’s customer support line at 855-372-6372. Timing Your Cancellation
Panera does not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time.1Panera Bread. Unlimited Sip Club FAQS The monthly plan bills $14.99 plus tax every 30 days; the annual plan bills $119.99 plus tax once a year on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Canceling a monthly plan mid-cycle costs you a few weeks at most. Canceling an annual plan six months in means losing six months you already paid for.
Canceling doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep your beverage benefits through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.2Panera Bread. Unlimited Sip Club If your renewal is June 15 and you cancel on June 2, your drinks run through June 14. Your MyPanera account stays active after that; only the unlimited beverage perk ends.
One trap worth watching for: if you signed up on a promotional or free trial offer and don’t cancel before it ends, Panera automatically charges $14.99 plus tax to your stored payment method and starts a regular monthly subscription.2Panera Bread. If You Get Charged After Canceling
Check your bank or credit card statement for about 30 days after you cancel. If a charge appears that shouldn’t, start with Panera. Most post-cancellation charges are system errors, and a call to 855-372-6372 with your confirmation email handy usually resolves it without any further steps.5Panera Bread. If Panera won’t fix it, dispute the charge with whoever processed your payment. For credit cards, call the number on the back of the card and open a chargeback; your cancellation email is the evidence that moves the dispute along.
