To cancel NOW TV, sign in at nowtv.com, open Membership & Payment, choose the membership you want to end, and follow the on-screen cancellation steps. It takes a couple of minutes when NOW bills you directly. If a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or a broadband provider handles your billing, you have to cancel with them instead. Cancelling in the wrong place will not stop the payments.
Check Who Bills You First
Look at your bank or card statement and find the name next to the NOW charge. If it reads NOW or Sky, cancel on the NOW website. If it reads Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku, cancel through that platform. You can double-check by signing in to your NOW account and opening Membership & Payment, which lists each active membership and how it’s billed. This matters if you have more than one membership on the same account, say Entertainment and Sports, billed through different providers.
Cancel on the NOW Website
When NOW bills you directly, sign in at nowtv.com and go to Membership & Payment. Pick the membership you want to drop, click “Cancel membership” or “Cancel viewing experience,” and work through the prompts.1NOW. How to cancel your NOW Membership The flow will try to keep you as a customer along the way. Keep clicking through until you reach the final confirmation screen.
Do not close the tab until you see that confirmation. If you drop out partway, the membership stays active and billing continues. A confirmation email should also arrive at the address on your account within a few minutes. If it doesn’t, sign back in and check whether the membership still shows as active.
Cancel Through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku
If a third party charges you, the NOW website can’t stop it. Go through the platform that takes the payment.
Apple
On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find NOW, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.2Apple Support. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple If there is no cancel button and you see an expiration message in red, it’s already cancelled.
Google Play

Amazon
Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions on Amazon’s website, find NOW, select Manage Subscription, then choose Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls.4Amazon. Manage Your Amazon Subscriptions
Roku
Press the Home button on the Roku remote, highlight the NOW app, press the Star button, select Manage Subscription, and choose Turn Off Auto-Renew.5Roku Support. Manage or cancel subscriptions on Roku If you originally signed up through the NOW website rather than Roku, cancel through NOW instead.
Cancel a Bundled NOW Add-On From BT or Another Provider
If NOW comes as part of a broadband or TV package from BT, TalkTalk, or another provider, cancellation runs through that provider’s account portal. BT customers, for example, can sometimes stop individual NOW passes on a rolling monthly basis but cannot remove certain passes without changing the whole TV package. When the self-service options are limited, phoning the provider is usually the fastest way through.
Retention Offers During the Cancellation Flow
NOW’s cancellation flow is built to make you reconsider, so expect screens offering discounted rates or temporary price drops before you reach the final confirmation. Users have reported discounted bundles offered during the flow, and some have secured reduced rates on Sports memberships that were about to jump to the full price. Take one if it suits you. If not, keep clicking through to the confirmation. Declining costs nothing.
What Happens to Boosts
If you have a Boost or Ultra Boost add-on and you cancel your last remaining NOW membership, the Boost is cancelled automatically.6NOW. NOW Boost and Ultra Boost The exception is Apple billing: cancel the Boost separately in your Apple Subscriptions settings, because Apple will not remove it on its own when the underlying membership ends.
Access, Final Charges, and Refunds
Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date the membership expires and no further charges are taken. Once you have cancelled, the account dashboard should show a pending expiration date rather than an active status. Watch the next bank statement to make sure no further charges appear. If one does, contact NOW’s live chat or dispute the transaction with your bank.
NOW generally does not issue refunds, because memberships are flexible and can be cancelled at any time. If you activated a membership by accident and have not watched anything on it, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit. NOW’s help page routes eligibility checks through its chat bot, and the deciding factor is whether you have used the membership to watch content.7NOW. Cancelling NOW Broadband Is Different
NOW Broadband cannot be cancelled through the website’s self-service tools. You have to phone NOW or email customerservices@nowtv.com. The notice period starts on the date NOW receives your request, and they may call back to verify your details.8NOW. How To Cancel NOW Broadband Membership
If you are on a 12-month minimum term and cancel early, an early termination charge applies, calculated from the months remaining and your plan.9NOW. Early cancellation fees for broadband Customers on a no-contract plan who paid a one-off sign-up fee do not face these charges.
If You Can’t Log In
You need account access to cancel a TV membership on the website, so a lost password can stall you. If you still have the email address on file, reset your password, or use the one-time passcode option: select “Sign in without password” on the login page and NOW will email a code valid for 10 minutes.10NOW. If you have lost access to the email address itself, you cannot reset the password on your own. Contact NOW by live chat and they can update the email.
