Include three things so support can find your account and act on the first reply:
- A clear cancellation request, such as “Cancel my Nordletics subscription.”
- The email address you used to subscribe and log in.
- A payment receipt or purchase confirmation email as an attachment.
If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Nordletics subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

If You Subscribed Through Google Play

- Open the Google Play app.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select the Nordletics subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Deleting the App or Your Account Does Not Cancel Billing
Nordletics states that deleting your account or removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.2Nordletics. How to Delete Your Account Charges continue until you cancel through one of the three methods above. Cancel first, then delete anything else you want to delete.
Cancel Early Enough to Stop the Next Charge
Timing depends on plan length. Monthly plans are charged on the day of auto-renewal. Plans longer than one month are charged fourteen days before the next renewal period begins. Annual plans renew for another year; shorter plans renew for the same length as the original term. If you signed up on a promotional price, that discount only applies to the initial period, and renewal happens at the current standard price.6Nord Account. Refunds After Canceling
Nordletics accepts refund requests within fourteen days of purchase for faulty products or delivery problems. Email help@nordletics.com with a detailed description and attach visual proof. What Happens to Your Access After You Cancel
Canceling stops future charges but does not cut you off immediately. Google Play subscriptions keep working through the end of the current billing period,8Android Developers. The Nord Account subscription terms confirm that canceling auto-renewal ends future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining paid period.6Nord Account. After that period ends, the account goes inactive. Check the next statement on the card you used, and if a charge appears after cancellation was confirmed, contact your payment provider to dispute it.
