To cancel your NIL Club membership, log in at nilclub.com/profile, open Manage Clubs on desktop or tap the settings gear on a mobile browser, then click Cancel and confirm. The whole thing takes about two minutes. One catch: if you originally subscribed inside the NIL Club app, the subscription is billed by Apple or Google, and you have to cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings instead. NIL Club does not issue refunds, so timing matters.
Cancel on the NIL Club Website
This is the primary path for anyone who signed up on a computer or through a mobile browser.
- Go to nilclub.com/profile and log in.
- On desktop, click Manage Clubs. On a mobile browser, tap the settings gear icon.
- Click Cancel, pick a reason for leaving, and confirm.

NIL Club runs payments through Stripe, and Stripe does not let customers cancel Stripe-billed subscriptions on their own. You have to go through the merchant.2Stripe. Cancel in the App Store if You Subscribed on Your Phone
If you signed up through the NIL Club app, Apple or Google handles the billing. Canceling on the NIL Club website won’t stop those charges.

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find NIL Club, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red instead, the subscription is already canceled.5Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel Before Your Next Billing Date
NIL Club has a strict no-refund policy. Each payment goes to athletes as soon as it’s processed, and the platform will not reverse it.7NIL Club Help Center. Can I Receive a Refund If your next charge is coming up, cancel now. Don’t wait to see if you get billed and then try to get the money back, because you won’t.
What Happens to Your Access
You’ve already paid for the current billing period, so you generally keep access to your club’s content until that period ends. NIL Club’s terms don’t spell out the exact cutoff, but the standard for subscription services is to honor the time you paid for. After the next scheduled billing date passes, check your bank or card statement to confirm no new charge appeared.
Deleting Your Account Is a Separate Step
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t remove your profile. If you want the account gone entirely, you have to do it yourself from inside the app — NIL Club support cannot delete an account for you, and you must be logged in to start the process.8NIL Club Help Center. - Open the NIL Club app and log in.
- On the Home tab, tap the circled question mark icon in the top right.
- Select Delete my account.
- Pick a reason and swipe to confirm.
The privacy policy does not commit to a specific data retention window after deletion. It says personal information is kept “as long as reasonably necessary” and as required by law.9NIL Club. Privacy Policy
If Charges Keep Coming, Stop Them at the Bank
If you canceled and NIL Club keeps billing you, or you can’t get into your account to cancel, you can stop the payments through your bank. Under Regulation E, you have the right to instruct your bank to block a preauthorized recurring electronic transfer. Notify the bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. For credit card charges, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute billing errors, including charges for canceled services. You generally have 60 days from the statement date to file a written dispute with your card issuer.11Federal Trade Commission. Fair Credit Billing Act
Treat the bank route as a backstop, not a first move. Banks are less receptive to disputes when the merchant can show a working cancellation process was available. Try the website or support team first, save your confirmation screenshot, and escalate to the bank only if those don’t hold.
