How to Cancel Mureka Subscription: iPhone, Android, and Stripe Web

To cancel a Mureka subscription, use the same channel you signed up through, and do it at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends. If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your Apple account settings. If you subscribed on Android, cancel in Google Play. If you subscribed on mureka.ai and were billed through Stripe, cancel from your account on the Mureka website. Deleting the app does nothing to the subscription.

Cancel Before the 24-Hour Deadline

Mureka’s terms require cancellation at least 24 hours before the current period expires; miss that window and the payment processor charges you for the next cycle.1Mureka. Mureka Terms of Service Check your subscription details for the renewal date first, then work backward.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Apple handles the billing when you subscribe through the App Store. Canceling inside the Mureka app won’t stop the charges.

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Mureka in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it.

If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Android subscriptions run through Google Play. Uninstalling the app leaves the billing untouched.

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Mureka.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Google will confirm the cancellation and show when your access expires.

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges, but you keep paid features through the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the account drops to Mureka’s free tier, which limits audio quality and how many songs you can generate each month. Mureka’s subscribe page notes there’s no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime.6Mureka.
