To cancel a Mojo subscription, log into your account on the Mojo website, open the Account section, click Cancel Account, and confirm. Mojo does not accept cancellations by phone, email, or any written request, and its terms state that any attempt to cancel outside the website dashboard is “not valid or enforceable.”1Mojo Dialing Solutions. Terms of Service Because Mojo is prepaid with no refunds, finishing the cancellation before your next renewal date is what stops the next charge.
Cancel Through Your Mojo Account Dashboard
The cancellation lives inside your account settings on the Mojo website. Every step has to be completed, or your billing stays active.
- Sign in at the Mojo website using the email and password tied to your account.
- Click Account at the top of the page.
- Click the Cancel Account button and confirm when prompted.
Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for cancellation and you keep access until your next renewal date. You should get a confirmation email right away, and the Account area should also show the scheduled cancellation. If either one is missing, treat it as a failed attempt and run through the steps again. Mojo’s terms put the burden on you to verify the cancellation went through, and a failed attempt won’t get you a refund.1Mojo Dialing Solutions. Terms of Service
Why Phone and Email Requests Don’t Count
This is where people get caught. Mojo does not process cancellations submitted by phone, email, or any written request, and the same rule applies to downgrades and upgrades. Every subscription change has to happen inside the Account section of the website.1Mojo Dialing Solutions. Terms of Service A call to support or an email to billing does not create a record Mojo will honor. The only record that matters is the confirmation email and the account status update you receive after clicking Cancel Account.
Time the Cancellation to Avoid Another Charge
Mojo bills on a prepaid, month-to-month cycle. Once a new billing period starts, that payment is locked in, and prepaid plans are not refundable. Removing agents, dialing licenses, or add-ons partway through a cycle won’t get you a prorated refund either.1Mojo Dialing Solutions. Terms of Service
The practical move is to cancel soon after a renewal date rather than right before one. You keep access through the paid month you already own, and the cancellation is confirmed well ahead of the next renewal. Waiting until the last day risks a timing problem you can’t undo.
If You Subscribed Through the App Store or Google Play
If you signed up for a Mojo product through Apple or Google rather than the Mojo website, the website dashboard can’t cancel it. Those subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so the cancellation has to happen in your device’s subscription manager.
iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the Mojo subscription, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Android
Open the Google Play Store app, go to your subscriptions, select the Mojo subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play You can also get there through Settings by opening Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions.
Apple and Google both send a receipt after you cancel. Hold onto that receipt until at least one full billing cycle has passed with no new charge.
Mojo Helpdesk Is a Separate Product
Mojo Helpdesk is a customer support ticketing tool, not Mojo Dialer, and the cancellation isn’t done from the Dialer dashboard. To cancel Helpdesk, log into your Mojo Helpdesk account and use the subscription or billing area inside your account settings. There are no refunds for unused time, you remain responsible for all charges through the end of the month in which you cancel, and any unused credit will not be refunded.4Mojo Helpdesk. Export Your Data Within 90 Days
After your subscription ends, Mojo keeps your account data for 90 days. Within that window you can reactivate and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, the account is permanently purged, and contacts, call history, notes, and purchased data are deleted.5Mojo Dialer. Mojo FAQ – Common Questions About Mojo Dialer and Leads
If you’ve built up contact lists, call notes, or lead databases, export everything before you cancel, or at least before the 90 days run out. Once the account is purged, Mojo will not recover the data. Log in while you still have access, go to your contacts or leads section, and download in whatever format the platform offers.
If You Get Charged After Canceling
Start by checking whether every step actually finished. The most common reason for a post-cancellation charge is that someone started the process but didn’t click the final confirmation, so no cancellation was recorded.
If you completed the steps and have the confirmation email, you can dispute the charge with your credit or debit card company. Most card issuers let you open a dispute online or by phone. The FTC recommends following up with a written letter to the billing dispute address your card company lists, so you have a documented record. You can also report the problem at reportfraud.ftc.gov or to your state attorney general’s office.6Federal Trade Commission. Tried to Cancel a Service but Couldn’t? Learn Steps to Take Keep the cancellation confirmation email, screenshots of your account status, and the billing statement showing the charge. That documentation is what makes a dispute succeed.
