To cancel your Meshy AI subscription, sign in at meshy.ai, open your profile menu, go to Settings, select Subscription, and click Cancel Plan. The Cancellation Steps
From the dashboard, click your profile icon, then Settings, then Subscription. You can also go straight to meshy.ai/settings/subscription. Under Current Plan, click Cancel Plan. A confirmation screen appears, sometimes with a feedback prompt or a summary of features you will lose. Confirm, then wait for the page to refresh and show a canceled or expiring status. If Your Plan Is Billed Through Stripe
Some Meshy subscriptions are processed through Stripe rather than Meshy’s own billing system. When that is the case, the subscription settings page includes a link to Stripe’s customer portal. Open it, cancel from inside the portal, and confirm. Once the portal shows an expiration date instead of an active renewal date, the cancellation is complete. Stripe usually sends its own confirmation email to the address on file. Save it in case a billing question comes up later.
What Happens to Your Credits
Meshy uses two kinds of credits, and they behave differently once you cancel.

Monthly credits are always consumed before permanent ones. If you have permanent credits, they carry over onto the free tier. Burn through any remaining monthly credits before your billing period ends, since those vanish the moment the plan expires.3Meshy Help Center. When Will My Credits Reset
Your Generated Models Stay Available
Canceling does not delete anything you made. Every 3D model you generated on the paid plan remains downloadable after the subscription expires, and your account and generation history stay intact.1Meshy Help Center. How to Cancel My Subscription Cancellation is only about stopping future charges.
One gap to be aware of: Meshy’s terms of service grant a “limited, revocable, non-exclusive” license to use the service and do not explicitly address whether commercial usage rights for models generated on a paid plan continue after you drop to the free tier.4Meshy. What the Free Tier Looks Like Afterward
When the billing period ends, your account moves to the free plan. Free-tier accounts get 100 credits per month, compared with 1,000 on Pro and 4,000 on Studio.1Meshy Help Center. How to Cancel My Subscription
Other free-tier limits include a cap of 10 downloads per month, and only for models generated by Meshy 5. Models generated by Meshy 6 are not downloadable on the free plan unless you originally created them on a paid plan. Generations are capped at 10,000 polygons, and free-tier assets fall under a CC BY 4.0 license, meaning attribution is required. Paid plans include private ownership alongside CC BY 4.0. Can You Get a Refund
Meshy generally does not offer refunds, citing the operating cost of running its AI services. A self-service refund is available only if every one of the following conditions is met:6Meshy. Refund Request
- The charge is a subscription payment, not a separate credit pack purchase.
- You submit the request within 5 days of the original transaction date.
- You have used no more than 100 credits during that subscription period.
- The subscription was not a free gift or the $1 referral offer.
You will need the invoice number from the receipt email you got when the subscription was billed. Miss the 5-day window or go over 100 credits and the request will be denied, so move quickly if you decide the plan is not right for you.
Canceling Is Not the Same as Deleting Your Account
Cancellation stops billing and downgrades you to the free tier. Account deletion is separate and erases everything permanently, including your generated models, generation history, and all associated data. To delete, sign in, go to Settings then Profile (or meshy.ai/settings/profile), scroll to the bottom, click Delete My Account, and complete the verification.7Meshy Help Center. Deletion is irreversible. Meshy support cannot process deletion for you or merge accounts, and any models or textures you want to keep have to be downloaded first. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead.
If the Cancel Button Does Not Work
When the Cancel Plan button will not appear, or the Stripe portal will not reflect your changes, email support@meshy.ai. That address handles general product and billing questions for non-enterprise customers; the separate enterprise support address will not respond to regular accounts.8Meshy Help Center.
